Fantastic experience: I went to this class this morning and had such a blast. The moves and the music are appropriate for anyone who wants a good workout but doesn't want to risk injury. The cueing is very good so I knew what I was doing and the moves were easy to catch on to but also had purpose. Hillary is a very friendly, approachable instructor, her class love her and the whole atmosphere is one of fun. Good job, well done.
