Fantastic experience: The classes are my favourite part of the week! With an energetic atmosphere and enthusiastic mood, Greydis makes it fun for everyone, of all ages and all levels! She makes the classes very fun and exciting to engage in and explains everything very well. Well recommended! Thank you Greydis, you make us all shine!

Fantastic experience: I just started going to the fitness dance class. I was a bit apprehensive thinking I would be uncoordinated, but Greydis was super helpful in showing how to do everything. She does 3 different levels with each excercise. The class was fun, the music fab and I'm so glad I went out on a wet winters night to attend it. It was worth it!

Fantastic experience: I go to the fitness class and it is awesome!! I hate exercising but Greydis made it so fun that it didn't even felt like I was training. The music is great and it keeps you going even when you feel you can't do one more step. Greydis is super energetic and gives you options to choose your level of difficulty. Also super complete, we worked on balance, an coordination, muscle tone, stretchs... Highly recommended for a fun night with a latin twist!!
