Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Health Studio for 7 years now for massages with the very competent Carolynn and Kelly every 2-3 weeks for my back, neck, TMJ and hips due to my job. They do an awesome sports massage and really get all the knots out! I have referred many clients for TMJ issues also and Carolynn is a magician! I’ve also been doing Reformer Pilates for the last 18 months which has been a wonderful way of strengthening, stretching and training my core and overall strength. I have the pleasure of being looked after Jenagh and Carolynn in 2 separate days a week. It’s really awesome. 3 maximum in a class and it’s really tailored to what your needs are! Would highly recommend visiting The Health Studio for massage and reformer Pilates!
