Positive experience: Excellent service however every appointment waited at least an extra 20 minutes after the scheduled time to be seen.

Fantastic experience: Bevan was our physio recently for our hockey team. He’s a wealth of knowledge and very professional. His physio treatments kept us going throughout tournament. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Was referred here from my Specialist via ACC. My physiotherapist Kath is brilliant. She gave me lots of good exercise tips to combat the stress of my knee with a rehab plan. Been back for reviews and getting knee massaged was a plus. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable... and my knee is getting stronger. Thank you Would definitely recommend

Positive experience: Just dropping someone off for treatment. No regrets from her for visiting Active Health. Good parking too but watch the entrance and exit if you have a low slung car

Fantastic experience: I have seen the Physiotherapists at active health for two different injuries. Both times I have been blown away with the service and knowledge of the team. I have left with clear rehab plans to follow and great follow up appointments. Hopefully I have no need anytime soon but if I do I will certainly return.

Negative experience: Booking back to back appointments with 0 gap time is unacceptable! When we clients wait long at the waiting area for the appointment - then it is ok, but when I call on the way to the appointment to advise I am stuck in not moving traffic which is completely out of my control I end up with no appointment! I am very very unhappy.

Fantastic experience: Been to both podiatry and physio at this clinic, absolutely fantastic, wonderful, knowledgeable staff and the reception team are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommended.
