Fantastic experience: great gym presence, Christine (trainer) is so positive and helpful, reception staff too very helpful, equipment is great, thanks to Christine for an easy transition back to gym

Negative experience: O it wasn't for the reception staff I would have given 1 star (some of the best reception staff I have meet). Ment to be a wellness centre but you actually need a wellness centre after going to qe health. Outside and inside is rundown dirty and smells old (would rather smell sulphur then smell the inside of qe health)

Positive experience: Dispite the buildings appearance the staff were helpful and very professional. I felt at ease and listened to. My best wishes to all staff working in this ages building that has good memories and history. I hope the building will be replaced and modernised and the history is not lost.
