Negative experience: Took our nieces and nephews here on a Friday evening and was served by a very rude young lady who was acting like she didn’t want to be there. Not only was she not welcoming or happy to see customers, she was extremely rude to the children telling them to hurry up and get ready because she needs to be out by 7. Then she told them to get moving, all the while we had only been there for less than five minutes. I’m of the belief that if you work in a children’s place like this, you should respect them and treat them fairly, especially when they had barely stepped foot in the door. Safe to say we will NOT be coming back here and it is disappointing to have an experience like this!

I have spoken to staff member concerned to re-train her in proper polite ways to engage with customers. There is a genuine reason for her conduct on the night which I hope you understand, I cannot go into.We do apoligise for the unsatisfactory performance of the staff member and be assured it won't happen again if you choose to give us another try. A little quiter than places like bounce so lots of space for littlies to jump around with no worry of getting bowled over. Negative experience: Found a deal on Grabone. We didnt book the session but the man who served us which I am assuming was the owner said it has instructions that you need to book because we dont know if others may have booked,fair call my fault but it did come across as bit hostile. We usually frequent the opposition in Avondale . Thought we would try it out we had our socks, but this place allows barefoot or the raised socks. It was a shame to see the staff members with shoes on monitoring bouncers. Nothing really stuck out. Kids watched a video, and then a group of boys came in late, so we were waiting for them before being granted to go play. Even after watching the video, I had to ask a staff member to tell other users that my child almost got knocked over from bigger children running around. The little containers for which you put your shoes and belongings in ,yes it's free, you're not paying. But it has the potential to be a fire hazard. If there should be an emergency, people jumping the wall land in it twist their ankle . I did enjoy my coffee. I think in general, the place could do with a cosmetic makeover, breath some life into it, the foam pit, and the dodge ball/basketball hoop seems dull. Surely can find some cost effective things to add to this place. We paid $22 for 2 children for an hour . General admission for my kids is $ 19 each. I would not pay that in all honesty. The competitor offers more value but I do respect times are hard they are just surviving. Again, this is just my personal opinion on our experience.
Hi Dalia. We appreciate you giving us a try and taking the time to post your thoughts. We'd like to address a few of your comments. We're glad your children had a good time at Flippin' Fun. Glad also you found us through Grabone and that you acknoweledge there are redemption instructions. We take safety and enjoyment of the facility seriously and provide safety rules for everyone going onto the tramps. There are some children that get a little too excited and forget they shouldn't be running around. Our staff endevour to correct errant behaviour quickly for the safety and enjoyment of all users but I hope you understand they can't be everywhere at once.We have never required customers to purchase grip socks. You can't avoid this additional cost elsewhere. We however don't see the need for them and we do not want to impose an unnecessary extra cost onto customers. The feedback we get has always been very favourable about this practical policy.We're not certain how the trays for shoes could be a fire hazard.Not being as large as some of the other Parks we still believe we pack a lot of features into our facility. Free-bouncing on a multitude of good sized tramps, wall tramps, foam pit, b/ball hoops, the largest dodgeball court, platforms for tricking off and of course we run challenges and competitions. So much here to keep children occupied!Thanks again for your review and we hope this helps address your concerns and that you will return and give us another try.
Negative experience: I was really happy to play at Flippin’ Fun. When we arrived, the staff member asked us, "How old is your sister?" We replied that she is five years old. After paying, we realized that we had been overcharged due to his mistake. Her ticket should have been $12, but he marked it as $19. We asked him for a $7 refund, but he refused, saying he couldn't refund it because of taxes. When we asked for 7 dollar notes, he said he couldn't do that either. He then said, "you don't know anything." I'm not sure if this was due to racism or if he is always like this, but he looked down on us. I'm concerned that other children might also be treated poorly. Therefore, I don't think this place is suitable for children.

Negative experience: It was a mistake to check the Google rating late. Bringing children to a place where many other customers also had problems!! I came from quite a distance, but it was small and the facilities were disappointing compared to the price. I never want to see a manager again who urges me to take more money from my 5 year old at checkout and then tells me to exchange it for a soft drink instead of giving it back. The mesh curtain is torn and doesn't move, allowing the balls to leak out. I didn't get my money or drink back. Don't sell your conscience for just a few dollars. I hope there are no other victims.
We're sorry you feel this way. The correct details are:You asked for 4 general admissions and was sold those entries accordingly. We rely on you knowing the age of your children and long after the sale was made you changed your mind for one of the children. To partially reverse a sale is not possible so we offered to compensate you with some complimentary drinks - when we did not have to. Quite reasonable. You declined. Your choice.The dodge ball netting is not torn.

Negative experience: Was so excited as this was so close to home. But was so disappointed that it was completely oversold to a holiday program. There should not have been allowed public paying members on that session. Staff blame the holiday program cares but It had nothing to do with them and everything to do with the fact that there was just so many people it wasn’t safe to even jump we ended up leaving early. One of the staff was yelling at my two year old. Will never visit again!!! In reply to your comments. I was right there with my toddler, a step behind her. As you were not there you wouldn’t know. Your staff were running an activity where children could very easily step out from behind the platform into the path of the children. We were not made aware of holiday program being there at all so would appreciate your comments being factual. The first we knew was when we lined up after the safety briefing. I’m not going to argue with you but that situation was dangerous and I would not recommend your premises as a safe place to take young kids.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your visit but we'd like you to remember, it is the school holidays and entertainment places such as ours are always busy.When you made your booking you will have seen that only a few spaces remained for that session - so it was near full. When you arrived and as you were bringing in a preschooler, the counter staff checked to make sure you were happy to join in the busy session and you said you were. Therefore with this knowledge you agreed to go on even when you were offered to use your booking for a later session.No, we were not over booked but the behaviour visiting holiday programme was a challenge for us.Lastly. Staff were trying to keep your preschooler out of the way of an event we were trying to organise for her own safety. Your help would have been appreciated.Customers wishing to bring in preschoolers generally elect for quieter sessions or take our advice to move to a less busy session. You made the choices.
Fantastic experience: We came in yesterday with my 2 kids and they had a blast, as normal. I just wanted to make a special note of staff member Kaitlyn. She was so energetic, caring and looked like she was genuinely having fun with the kids, while still maintaining saftey. Made the experience that much beter. Thank you Kaitlyn

Negative experience: We have been here a number of times and even had birthday parties here. Although the facilities are great and the staff are wonderful, the owner is rude and not suitable to be around children in my opinion. My advice to parents is please keep a close eye on the owner when he is in the play area near your children. He will hurt them then claim your child was lying and you won't be able to prove it because you weren't there. I went there today with my kids and neice and nephew. My niece came out of the dodgeball area in tears. She was hit on the face with a ball by the owner. I went to ask him to explain what happened and he blamed the interaction on my niece saying she was in the way and it was an accident. Both my daughter and niece had the same account of what happened and it was not an accident. He was aiming the ball at her and hit her on the face. He claims he checked on her and apologized but I can't believe a word he says. Even it was an accident he still should have checked on her, came to me and explained that it was an accident and provided assistance. He took zero accountability for his actions. Also, when I did approach him to discuss this, I heard him refer to me as 'another precious parent'. As a paying customer , I don't expect to be insulted and patronized.
The account you were given is true and correct. We are holding the video of the session if you want to maintain the version you gave is truthful. The fact remains that the sudden position change and turning around meant she caught a ball not intended for her. It's dodgeball, it happens. And no, you were not referred to as a "precious parent". Reference was made to the difference in parenting styles and the childrens' reactions. Let us know when you'd like to come in to see the video.

Positive experience: The place is good to visit with the childrens. They should have more coolent fans as it's summer days the place was bit hot and humid. Only one fan was there for a big place like this which was not feasible.

We are looking into the possibility of installing another and finding a suitable space to fit it. Staff are awesome and so keen to support and teach her and her friends and the owner is great. He knows the girls well. Fantastic experience: Just had my sons 6th birthday party on Saturday and the kids had a great time. Everything was ready for us to set up our table decorations, so easy and stress free. Brad and his staff where very helpful and kind. We will be back :)

Negative experience: Not feasible for children under 5. Helpful staff. Heads up, u r signing a waiver, meaning if anyone gets hurt u are flippin screwed. Equipment needs an upgrade, exposed wood, thinning sponges, and hoops that can't be used if a dogeball game is on. Won't be returning anytime soon.
Thank you for your comments m ia. A couple do puzzle us however. Pre-schoolers are on the tramps every day having a great time with or without their parents. In fact other reviewers rate us highly for our tot friendliness. The waiver system is part of a Worksafe approved system we follow to account for all participants in the Park. NZ has ACC so no-one is "screwed".We struggle to understand where their could be any exposed wood so kindly contact us to let us know if there is something that has missed our attention and we will attend to it straight away. By "thinning sponges" you might mean the safety pads? These are part of scheduled maintenance and do therefore not changed all at once. Negative experience: I've been there twice. Once last year and again this year, 2 days ago. One same guy served us. He is very rude and impolite. Worst customer service in New Zealan. Not sure if he is the owner or not, if not how he is still there? He has a racist behavior too. First time he made fun of our family name and made some impolite comments. This time he act like he doesn't understand what I say and kept asking me if I understand what he says. I'm thinking about going to tribunal as such behavior shouldn't exist in NZ.

After reviewing your encounter at reception you were in fact given the correct advice. You cannot walk into any trampoline park and expect to jump straight away. Sessions have to be managed in a way that satisfies health and safety regulations.Part of those procedures for us is signing customers into the venue each visit which as a business frequented by scores of children, we see as a necessary step. When you were asked for your surname you kept giving the wrong name. No attempt was made to make fun of your name.We try to provide quick and efficient service at our reception and understand on this occasion you were frustrated. Negative experience: Place was average as and apparently, they are ok with children as young as 3/4 yo being left unattended and alone at the establishment while parents leave to go shopping. I had a poor young boy approach me when I was there all alone in tears no parents there at all staff at the place were not watching him at all and its not there responsibility but what they are responsible for is making sure all children there have someone to watch them. Its not daycare service, and they are not teachers. To many children are being hurt and going missing because of this type of carelessness it's disgusting, and you guys need to do better

Negative experience: today I came with my niece and 3 year old son. The owner (older man) was playing dodgeball with a group of kids who had a birthday booked there and were also playing with pool noodles. My son saw a pool noodle on the ground and as toddlers do - got interested and wanted to play with it so went to pick it up. The man snatched it off my son and threw it on the ground away from him, shook his hand in my sons face and said “that is for staff.” The way he done it was extremely unprofessional and mean towards a toddler, my son walked off crying. If he had told him nicely and kindly he can’t play with that it would have been fine but he did it in the rudest way possible. He should absolutely not be running a business where kids come to daily if he cannot act with kindness and have patience towards them. Extremely disappointed in his service and will not be back ever again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times & I really enjoy bringing my daughter here. The manager im assuming is incredibly professional and polite & I think the way he runs this business is really amazing with mums and bubs classes full of fun entertainment for little ones. I hope this place stays forever because it’s a huge asset to the community & so nice to have something local & fun for children.

Negative experience: For some time I have wanted to leave a review, but haven't. I've thought that perhaps the encounters with Brad the owner were my overreaction, however his interactions with not only myself but also with my children yesterday were the final straw. I came on here to read the reviews, and I wasnt shocked to find that so many others had also experienced the same with Brad. If you work with children, there has to be a high level of paitence, especially when understandably kids who go to jump are excited to get going. Brad has 0 patience, and yesterday wasn't the first time where he talked down to my children. I stood there in absolute horror. I am the first to pull my kids into line if they aren't behaving, however telling them off for "taking too long" is simply not okay, especially by a stranger. My kids have always loved coming here, and we have been here countless times, however the experience is always ruined by the attitude and rudeness from the owner. Just because you own the facilities, does not give you the entitlement to treat people however you want, especially children, its disgusting behavior and Brad needs a reality check. This feedback isn't based on today's one experience, it has been constant feelings of leaving feeling let down by his attitude that has led me to leave this review. I will await for a response to this similar to how others have received with zero remorse or accountability from Brad - his negative responses to unfavorable feedback only confirms what people are saying. Maybe if I'm lucky Brad might even stalk me on Facebook and send me a message directly! I'm sure if he responds to this review, my words will be twisted to make himself look better - and that is what I am expecting. He has belittled others who have left negative reviews and I expect the same.
Readers should have a little context to this customer's review.The customer arrived in the Park late for the start of the session with 4 children and immediately sent the children to the tramps without being checked in, receiving wristbands or having had a safety rules briefing.They were called back. While trying to check them into the Park the customer provided misleading information which caused further delay.She was asked to complete the health and safety form while I endevoured to collect the children together for the Rules and get them started. If the customer was irritated at first entrance this small job appeared to irritate her further. Suffice to say there was little cooperation from any party.We always try to get late arrivals jumping as early as possible but we are bound by Health and Safety Regulations which cannot be avoided. The vast majority of customers understand that such procedures are a part of the modern world (espec. wrt children) and are happy to comply. Nobody likes rules as such, unless they can understand that they are sensible and for their benefit. These rules have been evolved so that this ladies' children and those of others can enjoy themselves with the absolute minimum possibility of injury. Their safe enjoyment of our facility is our primary objective and most parents would wholeheartedly agree with that, even though it means a little inconvenience to start with. We enjoy excellent relations with our many customers who return time and time again. We do our best to please everyone. On rare occasions ---- it's difficult.
Negative experience: I'm unable to reply to your reply so I'm adding this note to my original review. I didn't tell you I had two grandchildren and a friend. I said I had three grandchildren. Who are my immediate family. I'd also like to let you know that because of your discriminatory rules regarding the meaning of immediate family members, you didn't gain $12 for the extra payment, you lost a whole family of bouncers. Thank you. Yesterday I had the misfortune of going to the Flippin Fun trampoline park at Westgate. The park itself was great fun, once we were allowed in! My grandchildren thought it was hilarious everytime I fell over and tried to get up. This is what family fun is all about. Having a great time together. My problem with this establishment is the owner and I will never go back there. I booked a family pass online. One adult and three children. This worked out at $15 each. When I arrived at Flippin Fun and he told me that I had made an incorrect booking. I said, I booked a family pass. He said, these children are not my immediate family. I said, 'they are my granchildren. Are you telling me we're not family?' He said, no but they are not your immediate family. Immediate family in his opinion would be my direct children! He told me I had to pay an extra three dollars for each of us. I didn't want to make a fuss because I had three grandchildren all excited to go bouncing on the tramps so I paid up. He also asked for their names and checked his computer. I'm not sure what that was about but we should not have to disclose personal information to go and bounce on a trampoline. My daughter who was meeting me there to drop her children off asked this man, 'What if the children are in your care and live with you?' But no, they are not immediate family so will have to pay full price. I feel this is discrimination. This man needs to make it clear on his website that he only supports what in his mind, is a 'traditional family structure' so that everyone else knows to go to another trampoline park and not be made to feel uncomfortable. He told me this rule is company policy and thanked me for understanding. Well if he is the owner one would think he could change his company policy. I've never met such an awful, narrowminded, 'not a family friendly' man. I found this 'below' on the NZ Immigrant website. This is what they consider to be an immediate family member. 'Immediate or close relatives are related by blood, including parents, siblings, spouses, and children. However, in some cases, members connected through birth (grandparents), marriage (in-laws and step-children), adoption, and civil partners and cohabitants are also considered close relatives.' The owner of Flippin Fun needs to do some research regarding the meaning of family and also open up his mind a bit or he will be fast going out of business! Shame on you.
When you booked you read this "Covers 4 immediate family members. (Parents with their own children)". You arrived with two grand children and a friend (you said). You simply made an error as was calmly and politely pointed out.
Fantastic experience: recently visited a FlippinFun and had a blast! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making me feel confident in its safety. The trampolines were top-notch and offered endless hours of fun for both kids and adults alike. Even though there wasn't a foam pit, there were still plenty of other activities that kept us entertained. From jumping and bouncing to playing trampoline basketball, we never had a dull moment. Overall, my experience at the FlippinFun was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and energetic way to spend their day!

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem in West Auckland! My son recently had his birthday party there and had so much fun. Brad, the owner, was a gentleman, really kind and courteous around both adults and children. Hire of the room upstairs was perfect for letting the adults chat, eat and observe the kids from the balcony, taking all the stress away from knowing where they all were (unlike some of the bigger trampoline places were you could easily lose a kid among the chaos). Staff were friendly and polite. Thanks again for having us, we will be back soon!

Fantastic experience: Great set up for a birthday party, safe and fun environment for the kids with a spectator area for parents. We organised a children's birthday party here last minute, because yes, as always, Auckland weather forecast was rain and more rain. The rain ruined our original plan for an outdoor party. The staff/owner was wonderful and very accommodating, he made the whole experience very stress free. It was a great day, all the kids had a great time with big smiles. Highly recommended for kids bday party's.

The school holidays do get busy where kids activities are held. We encourage people to check our website booking pages to see how busy sessions are. The afternoon sessions are quieter than the morning and middle day ones in general. Thank you for your visit and we hope the children had a great time.

Negative experience: It said it closes at 7pm I got there at 6pm and no one was there I'm mad because I drove 30min for my daughter to practice her gym and she was really excited about it.

Positive experience: Fun as! Kids expelled more energy here than spending 2 hours at chipmunks keep close eye on lil ones as there are other bigger kids jumping about but not really an issue. Staff was kind foam pit smelled like old sofas from the 70s lol
Hi Madaara. 'Glad we were able yo relieve your children of much energy. We used part of the lock down to renew the foam pit foam. There is a little "outgassing" when it's cut up. This will go in a short time. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Negative experience: Please be aware, the owner thinks that it is okay to search your name on FACEBOOK and send you private messages when you leave a GOOGLE review - Highly unprofessional. Your excuse is just that, an excuse. Your staff should not be working with children if they are not in the right mindset that day. Very dangerous and once again UNPROFESSIONAL. I am very glad now that I chose to pay to be out on the mats with my children that day and was able to experience what the children had to. And I hope my review makes people think twice before visiting your venue. My review still stands. If you want to waste your hard earned money on a bad experience then this is the place. My friends and I found the staff to be rude and power hungry and I wasn’t the only one there that did. Multiple people I had never met were talking about it around me. A fellow customer I had never met followed me to the counter to express that he had been witnessing everything and agreed that their behaviour was unprofessional. But when I expressed my concerns to the owner he was not helpful and proceeded to defend his staff. But after reading his replies to bad reviews I am not surprised. That is not how you run a business successfully. I didn’t ask for a refund and didn’t expect one. I just tried to express my concerns for future customers. Like that my 7 year old daughter was excluded and shoo’d out of the dodgeball game rudely by these workers, yet her 7 year old male friend and 10 year old male brother and friend were allowed to participate. Or that you are not even merely allowed to lose balance and fall back on to the mats without getting shouted at to “get off the mat”. Or that you are not allowed to bounce on a tramp with your 1 year old without being shouted at for “double bouncing”. I even have a video I was taking of my 1 year old son that in the background clearly show’s the way they were speaking when they proceeded to enter the dodgeball area and screamed “babies out!” multiple times while we were clearly trying to grab our babies who are only just learning to walk and evacuate. Maybe you should be teaching your staff that simple manners and patience go a long way when working with young children and parents! I 100 percent won’t be visiting again and will review as such to friends and family. Very mediocre venue. Far from breathtaking when you walk inside, only to have you wanting to leave before your session is even up. I wish I had asked for reviews from friends beforehand, because it turns out many people I know have also had bad experiences, yet in person the owner is adamant he has never recieved a bad review, Google seems to say different. I would definitely recommend Jump if you are looking for a Trampoline park that will leave you feeling like your money was well spent.
I was waiting to see if you responded to my PM - which you did not. On the day your only complaint was the "assertive" (your word) way one particular staff member addressed you when asking for compliance with the Park rules. For this you received our apology and an undertaking to talk with the concerned staff member. It was a calm and reasonable discussion. You seemed ok with this. It's difficult to comprehend how from that you have then decided to "review" us with a stream of vitriol. I won't seek to address the accuracy of your "review" and the hugely disproportionate response to the original offense - an assertive staff member. I couldn't on the day and cannot now breach the staff member's privacy but there is a very sad and unfortunate reason for the her out of character behavior on the day. Again, our apology for the upset caused and that your visit to us was not what it should have been.
Fantastic experience: The two girls on staff were so helpful and friendly and even let my boys go and jump while I registered so they had a few extra minutes jumping. They also do half hour start times instead of just on the hour The place was really clean too

Negative experience: We tried calling to see if flip n fun was open (boxing day), but kept getting answer phone saying they were busy. Nothing on website to say they were closed. So went along, it was closed. Many other people turned up as well. A simple message on your answer phone (at the very least) would have been sufficient to say you were closed. **Reply** It didn't say anywhere on your website you were closed, hence why we tried to call. Looking at your Facebook page, there is tiny, very hard to read red writing at the top of your Christmas banner your Xmas hours. Not obvious at all.

On our home page you will find a festive banner which contains our holiday hours. Likewise on Facebook. We also have posted our holiday hours in the store window for customers who missed those other communications. Any business may of course sets it's entry terms and we explained to you that "immediate family" is parents with their own children - the traditional family unit. Fantastic experience: We have visited Flipping'Fun several times. Have always had great fun. It's a wonderful place for kids to spend extra energy. The owner is also very friendly and always welcoming. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Was not impressed at all with one of the "Crew" an old man that continually bullied my grandson. Thrashing him on the back with a foam toy and the force he was using was abusive. My grandson did not ask to be in a fight and he tried to defend himself being respectful to an adult. He also poked fun at a top he was wearing. My granddaughter was also trying to do some tricks she's learned and he interrupted each time with comments while she was airborne disturbing her concentration - very dangerous. They also observed that underneath the tramps is a lot of rubbish and that they saw a rat or mouse running around. He also accused my 9 year old grandson of being on the tramps too long when I had paid for 2 hours. Other staff were great.
You'd make a great reporter in these woke times Kerry. I'm the "old man" you refer to and I'm not going to stand for such a gross distortion of the truth. Your sensationalist nonsense says more about the person you are than the experience the children had here. Before I responded to your vitriol I checked the video of the session and there was nothing an ordinary adult would object to. Sure I tried to get the children playfully involved in another activity but when they didn't want to, I left them alone to do their own thing. You know this to be fact. There was not and never has been any rats here and there is no rubbish under the tramps. If you had bothered to check anything factually you might have found this out. But no. Full of self-righteousness, the keyboard warrior took to Google and Facebook to punish us with bad reviews. You Kerry, are an example of the unfortunate direction society is heading in presently. I hope readers will review all the other positive reviews and view this review for what it is. Entitled ranting.
Fantastic experience: Me & my 15 month old granddaughter go on Wednesday mornings for the little flippers session 10am to 11am. Wonderful, friendly staff always! Clean and tidy establishment. I love that there are no bigger kids as it gives the little ones a chance without getting hurt.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to bring the kids to burn off their endless energy. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative over the phone and in person. I appreciated their interaction with the kids, nice, clean, relaxed environment and always staff on hand monitoring or interacting with the children. At the end of the day, my son said he wants to "come on all the days!" This says a lot, in that they thoroughly enjoyed their first time experience here. We will definitely be back, highly recommended to all, thank you AAA+

Fantastic experience: It's good Kids and adults Friendly Trampoline park near Westgate Mall. Kids will love it by jumping 1-2 hours, they make some activities also in 1 hour session to make kids happy and to make their experience more enjoyable. My kids loved it and having separate arrangements for Birthday celebrations as well.

We also do not require grip socks (no need for those!) so that saves on the overall cost of a visit. De-energise your kids and they doing great fun at the same time. Surely good value :)

Well Andre, try as we might, we just can't get on with absolutely everyone - try as we might. As owner I try hard to be friendly to all my customers even through a small minority enter the Park with an attitude. We still try to serve all customers as best we can understanding that it's just not possible to please everyone. I hope you'll come again and give us another try.

It's pretty hard to cool a place during a mini heatwave but we do what we can Elena. No tramp park has aircon due to the enormous volume to cool. Today for example is a great temperature in the park. We do appreciate your comments and do try again on a day without those hot, moist northerlies :)

Hi Nathan. Yep, family passes are for families. You'll appreciate we can't allow that special priced entry to extended family members because then how far do you go?! So it does have to be for immediate family members. Session times are on the hour and we encourage customers to arrive 15mins early to avoid missing some tramp time. When a session isn't particularly full we try to help buy offering the late customer the option of joining in the session and missing some time or starting say half way through but still for an hour. I hope you were made aware of that option. Your feedback is always appreciated.

Hi Olli, Thanks for coming to see us. Due to hygiene concerns we didn't put in a drinking fountain. You can Google public drinking fountains to see why. Children are more than welcome to bring in their drink bottles and we are more than happy to refill them!

Negative experience: Took the girls today as had a groupon deal I purchased. We've been to a lot of trampoline parks around Auckland and New Plymouth. I felt the experience at Flip n fun wasn't so fun, having to sign a waver and then my 5 year old watch a safety brief video as she was a first timer at flip n fun. Other trampoline parks dont do this. So the atmosphere felt rigid to begin with. Then an employee was told to clean tramp while visitors were jumping. Do that when visitors are not jumping. Wasn't a fan.
We're sorry your visit to Flippin' Fun was a great as expected. We can't comment on the practices of other places but our health and safety procedures have been approved by Worksafe and must abide by them. The waiver is there primarily to draw the customers attention to Park rules as well have guardian contact details for children. We do make an effort to keep our premises clean and hygienic which many customers comment on. We always endeavour to carry this out during each day avoiding inconvenience to customers. We do hope that one or two tramps being vacuumed at a time didn't impact too much on the childrens' fun. Thank you for your feedback and hope our clarifications help.

Fantastic experience: Went there with 4 2 year old. I loved the fact that it was not too big and that you did not have to pay for socks. Would be good to have some kind of area for the little ones too with a slide that goes on to a pool of blocks? Just an idea really.
Hi Marine. We appreciate your visit and feedback. Yes we are a mid size tramp park and so it is difficult to have a dedicated toddler area. As a suggestion, our regular parents with tots utilise quieter times for their visits. We still pack a lot of features into the Park for the little ones and don't forget the Little Flipper sessions Monday and Wednesday at 10am which are exclusively for the little ones!

Negative experience: Started the comments from you Indians always come late and then no fan available at our end of tables during birthday celebration even though it was super hot. Ok trampoline park. But the guy is rude. Unfortunately my son loves the trampoline park but I will go at the other places rather than this. Never coming back here again.

The light hearted comment regarding punctuality of the Indian community is one that has been made time and again to us by our Indian customers as an amusing aspect and was raised merely to engage in the same manner with with you. Evidently it was not well received and we apologise for that.
Positive experience: My daughter really loves it. It's a good place. Howevery, there are something could be better. I was told not to stand on the blue part (the edge of the jumping area) by the staff when I was looking after my little cute daughter in the jumping area. However, I went back to watch that video in the entrance several times later and didn't see such rules. And I look around all the writings I could find and still didn't find such rules. Could you add a notice board to demonstrate all the rules, so we can read by ourselves. And about the video, could you add the prohibited sign or just a big red cross after each demonstration of the wrong doings. As the voice is usually mute or very small when it's on, some young kids might think those dangerous behaviors are what they should do ----------------------- Thanks so much for the reply. I wished Google could just had the function that allow me to reply to your reply. Yep, I paid to jump with my kid in the entry. And the safty briefing I had is the same as all other kids. I didn't have a brief specifically for parents jumping with their kids. And I didn't see anywhere saying that no one should stand on the blue part. Hopefully, this is clear enough for you.
Hi Tom and thank you for your feedback. It's a good opportunity to clarify our procedures a little. We ask parents if they wish to jump with their pre-schooler and entry time. If yes Health and Safety rules must be observed at all times and those going on the tramps must have had a safety briefing. If not, then spectators are not permitted on the trampolines and we have signage to this point. You'll appreciate we cannot allow anyone to access the trampolines whenever they feel like it as this could potentially hazard other users . If you have any other queries just let us know.Responding to your last point - and thank you for the clarification. Our videos do ask jumpers to avoid the safety pads as they are intended to protect participants from the springs not as walkways. All tramp parks are the same this way as it damages them. Hope that helps.
