Active+ Howick

Fantastic experience: I found Active Howick after feeling despondent with a different physiotherapist I was seeing at the time, and I must say that the shift was the best decision I made. The level of care and attention from Dominique was fantastic, not only did she prescribe better exercise and stretching for me, she also is very skilled with the hands-on care that really enhanced my journey to full recovery after a long period of pain and discomfort. My choice for Physiotherapy will now and always be Active Howick. I highly recommend Dominique/Active to anyone who is needing a higher level of physio care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Posture has never been my strongest point, as I started to age, I became more concerned. I visited active plus in Howick and saw Rebekah. Rebekah gave me a number of great exercises for upper body,abdomen, back and the result has been fantastic - rapid improvement and sustainable as well.
