Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a beautifully curated studio nestled in nature, small classes and an incredible yoga instructor, Kamusha Yoga is the right place. Lizzie is one of the best yoga teachers I have had the priviledge of working with. She does a beautiful job of helping you work on alignment without ever making you feel judged. Her dynamic flow classes are amazing with unique sequences. I cannot recommend the studio enough!

Fantastic experience: Kamusha Yoga is a stunning boutique studio. It is such a treat to be able to attend classes here. The sequences are perfectly thought out. The meaning behind each class is beautifully crafted as well. LIzzie and her yoga teachers walk their talk and have created a really caring environment for their clients.
