Lizzie is one of the best yoga teachers I have had the priviledge of working with. She does a beautiful job of helping you work on alignment without ever making you feel judged. Her dynamic flow classes are amazing with unique sequences. I cannot recommend the studio enough!

The meaning behind each class is beautifully crafted as well. LIzzie and her yoga teachers walk their talk and have created a really caring environment for their clients.
