Cyclical Yoga

In Cyclical Yoga we aim to spread traditional teachings of Yoga while honouring our cyclical nature that teaches us how to work with our rhythms, rather than against them in order to make wellbeing sustainable. Our classes are complete. You can expect them to be 60 minutes long and they include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and philosophy. We offer Yang and Yin Yoga classes to cover your needs. By practising both we exercise all of our tissues, necessary for optimal health and vitality.
