Fantastic experience: Awesome little studio in a convenient location. Went to the barre class with Alice on Saturday morning and we loved it! Wonderful instructing, good music, and sore glutes the next day - everything you want from a barre class! Can't wait to visit the mount again and hopefully try the other classes, too.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience tonight at Vinyasa yoga. It was just what my mind and body needed and can't wait to come again. Would highly recommend it. The room smelled of aromatherapy, salt lamps lit the room, and a warm welcome set a beautiful stage for a wonderful night of yoga, relaxation and inner work.
