Fantastic experience: After a stressful and exhausting few weeks someone recommended NU to me so I booked in for their Hansa class for the first time. The yoga and light stretching was perfect in the beautiful light & sunny studio. The incredible soothing body wrapping and deep breathing melted my worries away. After being a first time mum to a busy baby, it was so luxurious being cared for and swaddled up for a rest myself! I highly recommend this class and the lovely Instructor Jac Wilson to anyone needing to unwind and do something for themselves. Thankyou so much for what you do!

Fantastic experience: NU is an Outstanding space filled with love, care and the most nurturing classes you can imagine. This is not just a place to do yoga! Whilst it certainly is that, it's also a place with soul and offers an extremely nurturing energy in which to do yoga. It's is an absolutely beautiful aesthetic space, truly exquisitely appointed. My first class was the Hansa Rest class which was recommended to me and having just been with my mother recently as she passed away I was in need of some nurturing for my aching heart. Sandy the owner took the class and I can honestly say after having done thousands of wonderful yoga classes all over the world there is nothing I've ever done to compare to this beautiful yoga experience. Please give NU a try if you want heart yoga and an enriching experience you won't regret it ♥️♥️♥️
