West Coast Yoga

West Coast Yoga is an Iyengar yoga school, based at Piha in Auckland. Kylie Bailey (CIYT Level One) teaches weekly yoga classes and workshops at a yoga studio located in the old Piha Schoolhouse down in the valley. Kylie's fascination with yoga first began at a class in the local hall in Piha at the age of 15. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and works with Suzi Carson at Four Winds Yoga in Ponsonby to facilitate ongoing teacher training and development. Born and raised on the wild, black sands of Piha and Karekare Beach, the journalist moved back home to the coastal community and, to share what she was learning about yoga, felt compelled to open West Coast Yoga in October 2019.
