Fantastic experience: Warm centre with lovely teachers, well equipped, nice carpet. Also a variety of yoga styles taught. Great for beginners. I found it really helped with managing my lower back pain. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I visited on 23rd November 2016. I have visited a lot of studios and was absolutely impressed with the quality and physicality of the practice. I would recommend the beginner classes for those new to yoga. My practice was the class for practicing yogi. It was a great physical and mental experiance. Five Stars!
