The Martial Arts Academy

Fantastic experience: I enrolled to get my son into martial arts. We've been members since. My son takes Taekwondo classes, their club is a member of international Taekwondo and we have the absolute best memories in the journey. I am 45 and still attend their Muay Thai classes.

Fantastic experience: Participated and completed their 10 week MMA challenge. One of the greatest experiences I have had in my life. I use to have anxiety when it came to confrontation, but with continuous training I have learnt to be calm and more confident with myself. Trainers are kind, patient and approachable, training is not easy, but that is where the most growth comes from. Highly recommend TMAA to anyone interested in a challenge, or an opportunity to make friends and learn some valuable skills. :)

Negative experience: Dealt with 3 different people during sign-up which led to inconsistent messages and ended up costing over $500 to get out of a contract. I'd suggest you get copies/photos of all paperwork and record conversations if you're dealing with multiple people to avoid the he/she said arguments. The whole experience wasn't worth it. Hopefully they have improved what I consider a poor signup process, otherwise be vigilant or go somewhere else.
