Fantastic experience: Amanda is such a wonderful instructor, so knowledgeable, and very helpful in working things out with your movement. I have been seeing her for years, and her new studio is fantastic, a great space! I love her creativity, and I'm always learning new ways from her to improve my movement and challenge my body!
