Pilates Masterton New Zealand Bodymind
Bodymind Pilates classes apply the fundamental principles of Pilates with ChiBall® & aerobic band exercises to keep your workouts enjoyable & challenging.
Core Pilates classes provide a medium to high intensity workout while the Balance Pilates classes take a much gentler approach. The Balance classes are suitable for beginners or those returning from injury.
Both Core and Balance classes run every morning, except Saturday, with Core and Balance classes running every Monday & Wednesday evenings.
Bodymind Pilates can help improve posture and balance, increase flexibility and mobility, and strengthens the core and pelvic floor muscles.Â
