Fantastic experience: Jana has such fabulous energy about her! Her classes are so fun! I love how she always makes me laugh to distract me when Im doing an exercise that’s working muscles that maybe haven’t been worked enough before. She keeps it real and personalises it for your fitness level even in a group setting. Definitely coming back in the New Year

Fantastic experience: I came to Bump Yoga with my son over 3 years ago and then went on to do baby massage and yoga with both kids and now also mums and bubs pilates for the second time. Jana is so friendly, encouraging and offers a lot of flexibility with her classes which is great for busy mums. It’s awesome to be able to exercise somewhere that allows you to bring your baby. I think the kids almost have more fun being entertained by each other. Highly recommend all her classes!

Fantastic experience: Moxie Pilates is awesome. I have heaps of fun in Jana’s class. She is encouraging and flexible to everyone’s different fitness levels. I have also taken the Pumped up strength class, which was a very decent work out!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy my Tuesday evening with Moxie Pilates. Jana Cuff makes everyone feel welcome, and ALWAYS encourages participants to work at their own pace and listen to their bodies. Workouts are structured so that there are absolute beginner and more advanced options for most exercises. The environment is relaxed, supportive and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Jana's Moxie Pilates works so well for me! I've been attending Jana's class for over a year now and I just love it! Jana is very knowledgable, supportive and flexible. I can't handle high-impact exercise but this class has illustrated well that even low-impact exercise can still be so beneficial both physically and mentally. No need to be puffed to get the benefit of exercise:)

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Moxie pilates classes for almost a year with my baby, and on zoom since lockdowns prevented us from having in person classes. Jana is absolutely wonderful, her classes are fun, supportive, appropriate for mums pre and postpartum and my baby loves her. I have become stronger than I ever thought I would be 10 months after a C Section and I have Jana to thank. She is very flexible which is great when kids can be so unpredictable. Highly recommend her classes to anyone I meet!

Fantastic experience: It is no exaggeration to say this course experience is transformative - both physically and personally. I enjoyed how Jana has been consistently fun, encouraging, and motivating that makes me look forward for our weekly sessions. Fantastic experience: Classes with Jana are SO MUCH FUN!! The classes are made to fit everyone, no matter your fitness level or ability! You will never dread going to class and you will always leave with a smile on your face! Moxie Pilates is a fun way to exercise!
Ohh thank you Katie! I am glad you find it fun and if you don't leave with a smile then what is the point, right? We miss having you in classes but so glad you can beam in remotely from afar.
Fantastic experience: Moxie Pilates is just amazing - Jana is such a knowledgeable teacher and a great communicator. You take the class at your own pace which is ideal as my fitness is not very good and I always worry that exercise classes will go too fast for me! The others in the group are so supportive and I always feel amazing when I leave class whether it’s in person or online. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Jana is amazing. Ive been to Moxie and Bump classes throughout my pregnancies , after with my 2nd wee one and now pilates to help strengthen. Janas classes are fun and comfortable. If something doesnt work or when ive had an injury, Jana is there to support and find alternatives that work for you. I feel great both physically and mentally after one of Janas classes.

Fantastic experience: Jana is amazing - she listens to little details about you, your body, your life, and always makes sure to taper the movements for you! Her Pump classes are great for people who want a real blast of weighted, fast moving exercise, and her mat classes are wonderful fo slower and more core focused. Babies ans toddlers are all welcome tok which makes it so easy for mums to incorporate into their routine!

Fantastic experience: I love Jana's classes, I am not a natural 'love' exercise person but I'm really enjoying and look forward to these classes, Jana makes it fun, there's always smiles and laughter, it doesn't matter if you are uncoordinated as long as you keep moving :) We have online classes during lockdown, which is great for our bodies and mental health, the only downside is I see how dirty my floor it :) :) :)
Yes the dirty floor thing is so true! Maybe for Zoom classes we could combine some standing core work with the vacuum LOL Thanks for such a lovely review! So awesome to have you in class and we are pretty like minded, as I never use to have a natural love of exercise until I found Pilates and Barre. Low impact, move your body fun!
Fantastic experience: I've been part of Moxie Pilates now for about 3 terms and it's absolutely amazing. Jana is just beautiful inside and out and she is super skilled in her field. To top it off, her classes are just naturally fun. She also puts in the extra effort during her classes to cater for personal needs/injuries. The classes are flexible and that helps so much with the busy schedules. As an almost middle age woman with all the extras that hormones bring, I'm so grateful that I found Moxie Pilates, as it is exactly what I needed in terms of bodymindspirit & definitely my schedule too. Thank you Jana.
