Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a good experience with health care providers and today was a first, I walked into the clinic and was greeted by a bubbly bright young receptionist which immediately calmed my nerves for my first appointment the other employees walked in while I was filling out a form and the atmosphere was just so lively, the lady I saw for my issues was a delight to be around very attentive asked a lot of questions that wouldn’t of popped into my mind to talk about, the resources she provided me with was above and beyond. I almost cried of happiness leaving that appointment I was heard and cared for thank you to the team at connect health you’ve restored my faith in medical professionals

Negative experience: I tried to do the right thing by wearing a face mask to my appointment as I still had a few cold symptoms a week after developing a cold, only it resulted in me being turned away after waiting 10 minutes for my appointment. I was turned away because the therapist has an immuno-compromised person in her household and will be travelling overseas soon. I absolutely support therapists looking after themselves, however, there is nothing on the website, booking system, appointment confirmation email, nor the receptionist upon checking in that asks us to notify them of any illness. Connect Health have a cancellation fee policy stating “….we firmly believe in the value of everyone’s time….”, however the same wasn’t reciprocated and I’ve just had an hour of my time wasted.

As with most medical clinics, we have to take steps to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable patients. Negative experience: I paid $75 dollars for the lady to stare out the window while she touched my back. I have spent $150 in total there and all I have received is “Ums and ahhs”. My back is still sore and I think I’ll have more benefit not attending this osteo.
Fantastic experience: Could not ask for better, I was listened to, asked all the rights questions and everything was well explained before treatment - you might well find there's a delay in getting an appointment (these guys really ARE 'that good') but the reception staff are very highly organised and if you agree to go on the wait list there's a very good chance you'll be contacted sooner (as I was) if / when someone else needs to change their appointment.
