Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! My 13 year old loves the teen classes, Ricky is great with the teens and there is a great atmosphere. Glad we found this as a good alternative fitness option in a safe environment.

This inclusiveness means I can exercise at my pace, but with opportunities to learn and improve along the way. Plus, the sessions are always fun, which I reckon is the best way to get fit.

Fantastic experience: The Body Shot team coming to Porirua has been awesome. Great accessible location and new fit-out, a variety of classes and times, but most importantly - a buzzing community, and awesome team of coaches who encourage you to "Push yourself..." The team have struck a perfect balance of boxing and fitness, so whether you want to sweat it out and up your conditioning, you're just getting into training or looking for a healthy output and stress relief, or... if you just want to learn the sweet science and throw hands lol hit the team up and come in for a trial class, no regrets!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Body Shot community for over a year now and I say community, because that is what it is. From the very first moment I stepped in the door I felt included; the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and others attending the classes/training also super welcoming. I have the fortune of attending both classes and having the superior knowledge of one of the PTs through regular one on one sessions. This has aided in my fitness, my strength and also my mental wellbeing. I am so excited for the Porirua classes to open and will be booking in on day one for a session. Come and join me, it's lots of fun!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming since the new gym opened in December and love the vibes! My husband introduced me to Bodyshot and I was a bit shy/hesitant to start - but now I'm absolutely hooked. Can't recommend enough! Its been such a great way to get back into exercise, especially after injuries or surgery, where you can tailor the workout and intensity to suit you. Love learning new skills from the team and from our other gym mates! Everyone is so lovely. Since starting, I have brought a bunch of friends along and they are also hooked!
