Kicked my blood pressure meds and feel amazing! I’m doing things in the gym I never thought I could or would! My new addiction is the gym! Give it a go you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jake since January 2024. He is a kind caring guy who has been patient with my many learnings. I started seeing him after getting into remission from Cancer and being significantly over weight (131kg). Jake started with taking things slow in the gym and teaching me how to use more and more equipment in the gym to help me work towards my goals. Now we are doing more strength and resistance training at a pace which is comfortable for me. He works with me through the app and through messaging to help check progress and help keep motivation up as well as weekly 1-1 PT sessions! A significant highlight I have for Jake is he takes a human approach, when I am in the high's he helps me push to my limit to exceed my own expectations and supports when there are down days and weeks and pushes me to do the best of my capacity. There is no judgement and full support! Jake has helped my perception of the gym and although I will say I am not in love with the gym but I am in love with the confidence and pride I feel after a good session and he is helping me work to find the better me in the progress. Also through his guidance I am no longer anxious of the gym. I am not at my goal yet however 22kg's fat loss is still a massive accomplishment I never thought I would ever be able to celebrate! And knowing I am continuing to work with Jake I know with hard work and support I will be able to smash the goals and be the fitter and healthy version of myself to be. If you are on the fence, this is your sign to reach out and start working towards a fitter, stronger and healthy version of yourself! Could not rate Jake any higher! Thanks Man!
