Welcome to the Dunedin Gymnastic Academy (DGA), proudly standing as the largest gymnastics club in Otago. Located conveniently in South Dunedin with facilities on Vogel Street and Otaki Street, we are dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and passionate community where individuals of all ages and abilities can thrive. Our mission is to promote potential and success by providing high-quality instruction that builds foundational movement patterns, strength, and self-confidence.

We offer a comprehensive array of programs tailored to every stage of life and skill level. For our youngest members, we provide engaging Preschool Gymnastics and convenient Casual Drop-In Classes designed to introduce children aged 0-5 to movement in a fun, safe environment. Older children and teenagers can choose from Recreational Gymnastics (including our popular Rainbow Gym levels), Trampoline & Tumble, exciting Parkour sessions, and specialized Silks & Acrobatics classes. We also cater to school groups and organizations with private booking options.

For those aspiring to competitive heights, our Men’s (MAG) and Women’s (WAG) Competitive Gymnastics programs are led by experienced coaches who guide athletes from trial stages through to regional and national competitions. We believe gymnastics is the foundation of all physical sports, and our coaching staff works tirelessly to enhance flexibility, coordination, fitness, and kinesthetic awareness. Additionally, our DGA Adaptive Classes ensure that our community remains accessible and supportive for gymnasts with diverse needs.

Adults are not left out; join our Adult Classes to stay active, make new friends, and experience the joy of gymnastics later in life. Whether you are looking for term-based commitment or flexible drop-in sessions, holiday programs, or birthday party celebrations, the Dunedin Gymnastic Academy has something for everyone. Come be part of a team that values development, safety, and the lifelong benefits of an active lifestyle.
