Fantastic experience: Jay and I both work in the fitness industry, and I have known Jay since 2019. he is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and well-being. He has a very positive and caring personality, and he is great with his clients. He specialises in strength training, so if you want to get fitter and stronger Jay is your Trainer.
Fantastic experience: I visited Jay after a major surgery with the goal of lifting heavy weights safely. After the initial six weeks, I began to notice significant improvements in my strength without any injuries. I highly recommend Jay for all fitness levels. He varies the workouts to keep things interesting and engaging.
Fantastic experience: Jay is an exceptional personal trainer! From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and crafted a tailored plan that not only helped me get stronger but also made me understand the synergy between nutrition and exercise. Within just a bit more than one month, I felt noticeable improvements and even increased my sessions towards the end because they're not only challenging but also fun. Jay’s positive attitude, motivation, and effective push have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend his expertise for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. Unfortunately I have to return home, I’d definitely continue training with Jay otherwise. To me personally working with him offers great value compared to traditional gym memberships, which have never motivated me to stick to a routine. I’ve also learned a lot about progressive overload techniques and understood my personal limits better. Now I am actually looking forward to keeping up this routine once I’m back in Germany.
Fantastic experience: Jay and I have been working together for nearly a year now, and would highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer who is super motivating and offers a more personal approach. I had a hard time getting back into fitness after a long break, and Jay listened carefully to tailor a workout plan to suit my specific goals. He has helped me feel so much stronger and now I’m back on the path to feeling fit and healthy. Jay was also kind enough to allow my children to come along during breaks/holidays from school and set up soccer games etc which was a huge bonus! Aside from the flexibility to allow me to continue year round, It has been great for them to see Mum doing hard things! 10/10.
Fantastic experience: Jay has been an amazing PT for the few months I spent in Auckland. He offers a private and full gym right in the neighbourhood. I am personally feeling healthier, stronger and looking better - and it surprisingly didn't take long. I used to find going to the gym very stressful, but now i'll be leaving Auckland with a different mindset, and building on the routine and schedule we've built together. Cheers Jay!

Fantastic experience: I first approached Jay as I was looking for some help getting back into exercise. I had been struggling for motivation and I was not sure where to start. Jay is friendly and respectful. He takes a personalised approach and makes an effort to understand my goals. After training with Jay I feel stronger and more motivated. The sessions have been effective and it has been great to have his support.
Fantastic experience: I started working with Jay 7 months ago. I have specific goals and Jay tailors my weekly sessions to ensure I'm challenging myself and hitting those milestones. I'm not a huge gym fan but Jay has an easygoing personality and manages to make my sessions varied and fun. Added bonus: takes music requests, supplies hairties and water! Highly recommend, Jay is an awesome PT!
Fantastic experience: Jay is a motivating and knowledgeable trainer who has been helping me to achieve my fitness goals in a safe and structured manner. His Gym is very well equipped and in a convenient location. I have no hesitation in recommending Jay to anyone that wants to achieve great results. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
Fantastic experience: If you are reading this review and wondering if you should give JayFit a go, absolutely do it. Jay will not try to hard sell you on anything or push you too hard until you are ready. I don't generally give reviews or rave-on about many services but if could give 6 stars out of 5 here I would. Jay is a calm and considerate personal trainer with a very relaxed and easy manner. I can't recommend Jay highly enough , he has had a transformative effect for me in the first year of seeing him. Jay's energy and enthusiasm, his custom built gym in the privacy of his westmere location are all great big plusses.

Fantastic experience: Jay has changed our lives. My partner, friend and I all started seeing Jay this year and we are all impressed with his professional and caring attitude. He tailors each workout to our own individual needs with a gradual buildup of fitness and strength. With the one on one attention we all have seen amazing results. Could not recommend enough.
Fantastic experience: I can't believe the results I'm getting after only a couple of months - I'm stronger, fitter and leaner. I've trained most of my life through sport and as a lifestyle and I've never had results like this before. I'm losing cms everywhere, lifting weight I never thought was possible and I crave the next workout! Jay's training methods work and you get results. He is total professional as well; he's a great communicator, breaks things down so you understand the why, he strikes an incredible balance between challenging you to move outside your comfort zone while respecting the pace you're comfortable to move at, and adjusts the workout depending on what you need. No matter what level of fitness you're at, I would highly recommend Jay from JayFit Westmere.

Fantastic experience: A day that includes Jay’s session becomes a better and supercharged day. Jay is such a positive and happy person, very professional, skilled and athletic. He focuses on your needs and will do all he can to get you to reach your goals, giving fantastic and positive feedback for you to develop. The sun-filled studio makes the client’s experience very exclusive, private and elevated. Far away from busy gyms. Music is nice and Jay prepares everything for you to make the most of every minute of your workout. Jay is the best investment you can get for your health.
Fantastic experience: After my 3rd baby I wanted to get back into health and fitness. I’ve been coming weekly to Jay’s since 12 weeks postpartum. It has been great to have regular sessions with Jay to keep momentum and motivation - he has really pushed me and I am happy with my results. Being able to take my kids has been great too. Would highly recommend Jay to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What a great Personal Trainer! I have met a few trainers, but Jay' style of personal training makes him stand out of the crowd. Jay takes a keen interest in his clients' achievement of goals. My wife Annie and I met him at different occasions and found his knowledge and expertise of high standard in the fitness industry. We experienced great training sessions also at his training centre. He trains his clients sincerely and with 100% commitment. I found him quite ethical and honest in his approach. I would strongly recommend Jay as a Personal Trainer or for your group exercise sessions such as boot camps. He will be working as a catalyst to get you fit or in your journey from Fat to Fit.
Fantastic experience: I don’t often write reviews but believe in credit where credit is due and the program Jay has created for my training deserves feedback. Ever since I can remember I have felt debilitated from back, neck, shoulder pains and constant headaches. I relied on fortnightly visits to the Osteo. Since starting my program with Jay at JayFit, I feel stronger, have better posture, have more energy to run around after my two boys and have not needed to visit the Osteo in over 3months. He tailors his programs efficiently to suit individuals; I love that all his exercises target multiple muscle groups, not just a small area in isolation, fantastic for a busy working mum whose always time poor. Jay is extremely professional, respectful and an all round nice guy. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Fantastic experience: A great place to do a workout. Even though it's not at a proper gymnasium facility, it is at a facility with all the gear that you need to become stronger and fitter. It's also a place which is safe and comfortable with an experienced trainer in Jay who gives you helpful advice and tips for what each exercise can do to make you fitter and stronger.
Fantastic experience: Love the lounge/studio set up at home. Bright and conveniently located. No excuse to miss a PT session as I can take my kids along. I like how he has personalised each workout program to help me achieve my goals. Awesome trainer!
Fantastic experience: My friend and I had Jay as our Personal Trainer and he was fantastic ! So motivating & supportive and someone i could trust as he guided us through our fitness regime. I can highly recommend him ! Great location and easy parking.
