Foundation Clinc provides a high quality range of diagnostic and treatment skills. Through our onsite rehabilitation gym our clinic emphasises a proactive approach that focuses on giving our patients the ability to self-manage conditions through exercise programmes. We will help our patients set the foundation to achieve health and wellbeing and to achieve their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I had seen 2 doctors and three physio’s in 3 years about an ongoing back problem. No one gave me any real solutions or progress. I saw Craig and after my first session I started my rehab he prescribed and after 3 days I felt a change for the first time and after 4 weeks it’s a world of difference Would highly recommend foundation clinic and Craig.
