Negative experience: Don’t bother booking this place / they’ll just not book you properly and you won’t know until you realise too late. Called on the 30 of Oct at 3.41pm and made a “booking” for the 8 Nov or so I was led to believe - for a back injury. Lady was polite but clearly hadn’t taken any steps to make the booking. I had to call the place itself which told me there was no record of a booking. So that sucks
