Negative experience: Since the change of ownership there is never anyone at the gym help you with your programme. There is no challenge or motivation to improve. No one to guide you to ensure your technique is correct.. Buy a resistance band, Swiss ball and a few weights; work out in your garage to YouTube video and save your $$$
