Fantastic experience: Highly recommend - please go train there! This gym was awesome to train at while travelling. Absolutely amazing space in a convenient location with the most friendly owners. The mats and facilities were super clean and the room to roll was huge, with parking outside. Respect to Graham and Sean for the epic classes I made it to and thanks to Brent and Paula for having me - hope to be back soon!

Fantastic experience: Having never done Reformer Pilates before, I was keen to try when I knew my mat pilates instructor Paula was starting up a new studio on Glenda Drive, Queenstown. I love Paula’s professional, progressive and fun teaching style and her class size is very small, so I feel like it’s a private session. I also have huge respect for Paula’s expertise and international credibility underpinned by her world champion achievements. Paula keeps a detailed student profile so she helps me achieve my goals. I would certainly recommend Te Manawa, I love how Paula, Brent and the team have a focus on supporting fitness for all ages.
