We bring a range of different styles of martial arts together under one facility to provide quality training and opportunity to everyone in the community of Taumarunui and surrounding areas. We aspire to guide our students to reach their personal goals whether that be fitness, social interaction, self defence, overall self improvement, learning a new skill or become a competitor. We truly believe that everyone can benefit from martial arts and appreciate that not all styles a suited to everyone. This is why we offer a range of classes including Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai having classes for both children and adults. We are a safe space for people of all walks of life to come together to train.

Fantastic experience: The faculty is always clean, Lara is the bomb!!! Fantastic teacher, always friendly, and fun to be around. Jiu-jitsu happens every Monday and Thursdays, 100% recommend.
