The coaching and training partners are very professional and have lots of knowledge to share. Super beginner and advanced friendly. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The place is very bad. The entrances to the gates are unsafe. The trainers show a character of strict religious extremism. The reception is very bad. The waiting place is small and cramped. My son did not benefit from anything despite spending a long time hoping that he would benefit from something. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My 3 boys have been attending this year. Coach Aziz is amazing with all ages, but especially love how he works with the younger ones. My youngest is 5 and he was a bit timid at first. Coach knows how to handle them and is also great with my 12 year old and 15 year old. I've seen coach Zubair work with both my 5 year old and 12 year and he is awesome as well. My kids have learnt more in the 5 months they have been at this gym then the 2 years they were at another gym doing bjj. Very inclusive and friendly atmosphere. Thank u.

With his extensive knowledge and excellent teaching techniques he's made a huge impact on my life and the lives of my 3 sons. RESPECT to the man, a true EAGLE! Negative experience: You must be careful with martial arts. I mean no ill will toward the owners but I experienced an injury after training one time here. I have been having nerve pain and blurry vision for 2 years now which is getting worse because of being in a choke. My whole life has been ruined by training here with a training partner who did not use correct technique.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms before but it’s rare to find one with such a great group of people and with a really knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and caring coach. Coach Aziz is next level when it comes to his teaching and technical approach. We have a girls class on Saturday mornings too which I always recommend to the ladies who want to feel more strong and safe out there!
