Negative experience: This place is toxic. I just learned that PT Lita just left without any notice from the Manager Leah. It is infuriating when you have an incompetent manager being very petty towards her key staff that she doesn't want to let the members know about her departure. Lita did more for members and the wider community than Leah and Amy put together. She made me and many other members felt welcomed without being judged. Leah, as everyone know, is socially awkward, no real people skills, essentially, she looks very unhappy in her job. She has potential in a IT job rather than being in a customer facing role. Massive L for Snap Fitness Mt Roskill! Do better team!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here since it opened which must be around 10-13years now. I remember when mma fighter Shane Young was a trainer there before he started in the UFC. This place has seen a lot of changes over the years but has for the most part been a good gym. When it’s busy the gym is definitely abit too small now and I hear people complain about the prices. To be fair there are cheaper gyms around but they are far busier.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Mount Roskill is the best snap fitness I’ve ever been to!, The team there are absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful especially the manager Leah she was always extremely helpful and supportive of whatever fitness routines or goals I was trying to achieve And helped me lose the 10 kg in three months that I lost that led to my blood pressure dropping which was amazing for My health and well-being due to me suffering from high blood pressure!more gym managers need to be like Leah!, I think if More snap fitness locations around New Zealand had a manager like Leah things would be so much better!

Negative experience: I couldn’t get in touch with the manager Leah. I have signed up for only 6months membership and without my approval Leah has auto renewed it. (Not notifying me about the same) 22dollars is still getting deducted and I want to ask for refund. Nothing about the gym but this auto debit in my account is pissing me off.

Negative experience: I signed up for a massive $22 per week, found that it's taken them over a month and half and still the main and only one in the gym is not fixed! Ventilation is not up to standard either. Today i get an email saying I am regular so they decides to increase my rate after just few weeks in the gym. I suggest to find a better gym.. Positive experience: Ive been a member of Snap Fitness Mt Roskill since August 2013. Its now 3 stars not 1 star since I've seen improvement these last few weeks with cleaning the toilets daily and making sure there's always wipes. Your workers still need to keep on top of making sure there a wet wipes always because the last two weeks the wipes stations were empty for a few days and people couldn't wipe down the sweat on the equipment.

Positive experience: Not been a member for that long but it's annoying when my swipe does not work on the door and they don't answer the phone been a few times it's happened. New manager needs to keep on top of hygiene dust on the machines windows need cleaning and more air conditioning.

Negative experience: They’ve had three managers since I’ve been at snap, but would recommend a fourth. Poor customer care and lack of care.

Negative experience: Snap Fitness Mt Roskill has not only failed to address persistent access card issues over three months but has also been charging me without providing the services promised. Despite numerous requests for resolution, I felt compelled to beg for a basic access card which would actually work and give me access. The lack of communication and continued charges for unusable services have further contributed to my dissatisfaction, and I was shocked to learn it had supposedly been sitting on a table without any notice. This experience has left me frustrated, feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, the experience has been marred by the rude behavior of the staff, particularly Adam, who not only failed to address the access card issues but displayed an unprofessional attitude. Despite my request for a resolution and cancellation, it seems the staff, particularly Adam, is more focused on continuing to charge me without providing the expected services. This level of service and customer treatment is highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this aspect of my experience as well. Unfortunately, the overall service falls short of expectations, and I cannot recommend Snap Fitness Mt Roskill based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this gym for a around four months now and have nothing but positive things to say about the gym and manager Frederik. The gym has a nice feel and environment to work in and Frederik is always available to help and welcome you into the gym.

Negative experience: This gym is really swindlers I suggest you not to sign up with them at all I own them money for ages now and they haven’t gave me the refund plus they been taking money out of my bank account for ages and sometimes they take more then they should be taking. And the guy on the office told he’s going to gave me my refund back in three weeks and I haven’t received anything till. To everyone who wants to sign up with them please don’t and thank you.

Fantastic experience: This gym has great equipment, terrific location, and great people who work there! Frederik helped set me up with a guest pass super quickly so I was able to start working out right away. If you're in Auckland this is a place you should definitely check out.

Negative experience: 今年二月份加入的，第一次来很热情，我也很想健身，就直接填表了，前台emily告诉我如果按周付，每周21.99，后来我发现每周一直扣我23.49。最后一次我去找他，是另外一个人接待，我问了他为什么，他说我们的policy写着，我才看到非常小的字号写着每周手续费1.5。。之前并没有和我及时说明。另外，因为我要搬家，所以我发了邮件说我要cancel这个会员，很多天才有人回我，问了我在哪个branch，我回了，就再也没有回复了。导致我中间要抽时间过去cancel，但是经常上班时间没有人在。我拖到昨天才取消掉。。第一天签合同时，Emily和我说过，如果要cancel，直接发邮件就可以。。另外，洗浴的地方沐浴露没有很久了，最起码要2个月了，都没有人去加满。。还有纸巾这两个月也被湿纸巾取代，我运动完用湿纸巾会起疹子，只能用纸巾，所以每次要自己带了，非常不方便。刚开始一个月体验感还可以，现在真的蛮失望的。打算换另一个健身房了。

Fantastic experience: I cant say enough good things about this branch and the staff there, Warren is an amazing manager and is always super friendly and helpful and the staff there make you feel very welcome (for a first time gym go-er this was super important to me) The PT's there are super friendly and offer all sorts of health / diet / life type advice and I had an execellent experience there with Matt who was an execellent motivator :) They have a suppliment shop next door on one side and an awesome butchers shop and a countdown on the other so everything you could want in one place - its safe, clean, new and as un uncomfortable n00b - i felt welcomed and unjudged :) (just ignore mcdonalds across the carpark - Ignore it i say!) 11/10 - would recommend this place to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I loved working out at snap mount roskill. First was the location: right next door to your main shops like new world, the 2 dollar shop and most food outlets. Even close to the mechanics. Also close to the motorway so i can shoot to work. The second was the equipment. Plenty of racks to alter my workouts, cardio equipment of different kinds, cable machines, heavy weights, dumbelss. the staff were friendly and had good advice. Clean and good value for money

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness a few years back and stopped my membership once I moved to Sydney. However; now that I'm back in Auckland there was a lot of talk about the upgrade and the staff at Snap Fitness Mt Roskill. So I joined and all I can say is I'M GLAD I DID! From the awesome equipment, cleanliness of the gym but most of all the friendly and warm staff. Hats off to the team who have built a safe haven and a place you know you'll get a great workout. If you're looking to lose weight, get fitter or stronger I suggest Mt Roskill Snap Fitness who offer top notch equipment but most of all a team who will work alongside you on your journey. P.S. Warren Aseloka is you go to guy! Couldn't have asked for someone as welcoming and onto it as Warren. #DREAMTEAM

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! A real family oriented team (Family of Boys). I was introduced to this gym by my work buddy. My journey to signing up with Snap Roskill was through a 6 weeks challenge that I did and man I tell you, no one has ever made me work so hard (exercise wise) in my life. I hesitated at first because of my insecurities BUT, Warren made it all easy just by talking me through it in regards to reaching my goals. Very persuasive PT but that was a much needed one on one with a professional. Thanks mate. I am 10kg's lighter than I was, still hustling to loose another. Thank you Roskill fam

Fantastic experience: I've been with Snap for about 3 years now and overall it's been an great experience. Variety of equipments to use and train in and it's always clean. The Staff and PTs are great and really kind, their always checking up on us to see if we're okay. Shot to the Manager Warren for always checking up on us for our weight loss. Always making us feel welcome, checking in on us during our workouts, and also coming through with the jams when he's in! Facilities are very well kept, and the overall atmosphere is just on! Fantastic experience: The hospitality is second to none. I broke my leg 3 weeks ago and I've returned to the gym with a cast and crutches. The staff have helped with sorting gear for me, making sure I have space to move around and help return the gear at the end. I've been to most Snap fitness gyms in Auckland and I can say the Mount Roskill is number 1! Very welcoming and easy to talk to people as the clients help each other out too. Higly recommend for anyone wanting to sign up to a gym whether you're a sports person or not it's for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful for the manager and assistant manager who came to my aide today when a driver hit my car in the car park. The man was refusing to cooperate with me and I was visibly upset. They both came to help hold the man accountable and help me deal with the situation, they were kind and polite but firm with the man. They clearly care for their gym goers and I couldn't have resolved that situation with out them. I'm thankful they were paying attention and cared enough to help remedy a difficult situation!

Fantastic experience: I have been with many gyms before but not any quite like the Snap Fitness at Mt Roskill. The first day I walked in I was welcomed with open arms, amazing deals are happening all the time, the atmosphere is incredible and it seems more of like a family vibe compared to just coming and doing a work out you can actually have conversations and they want to see you succeed. I mentioned to the manager that I had started up a business recently and he let me bring my own business cards in and do some promotional things just like that. No questions asked, just wanted to support which was really cool!! Highly recommend this joint.
