Our diverse range of classes caters to various age groups, ensuring that everyone from Minikids aged 5 to adults over 18 can find a place. We also offer specialized sessions for teenagers and intermediate students, promoting a strong sense of community and camaraderie among peers.

For those seeking personalized training, we provide private sessions that can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups. This allows students to focus on specific areas such as fitness, flexibility, and advanced techniques under the guidance of Master Breese.

Fantastic experience: I done judo for a few years when I was younger and wouldn't mind looking at something else I'm 37 years of age so I'm hoping that it'll be fine to start
