Our syllabus is designed meticulously to guide students from the beginner level all the way to their coveted Black Belt. Our diverse range of classes caters to various age groups, ensuring that everyone from Minikids aged 5 to adults over 18 can find a place. We also offer specialized sessions for teenagers and intermediate students, promoting a strong sense of community and camaraderie among peers.

For those seeking personalized training, we provide private sessions that can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups. This allows students to focus on specific areas such as fitness, flexibility, and advanced techniques under the guidance of Master Breese.

Fantastic experience: I done judo for a few years when I was younger and wouldn't mind looking at something else I'm 37 years of age so I'm hoping that it'll be fine to start
