Kenpo 5.0 is a martial arts programme dedicated to self-defence. Although the structure is a traditional style of discipline and belt ranking, the art and style of karate as self-defence are skills that meet the requirements in today’s world.

We have very well structured classes for children and adults where you will continue to learn the skills required to defend yourself under the careful watch and school owner Mark Robinson, a 5th Degree Black Belt with over 20 years experience. Mark says “The discipline and concentration required will improve your karate skills including your flexibility, your strength, your fitness and your health and well-being”.
