Positive experience: It's ok for people for people who like to swim. For example, fitness and health or your part of a squad like me. But if u are going there to have fun, I would go to Moana pool.

Fantastic experience: Awesome design, v modern, great people!!

Negative experience: No sauna & no steam room. You’d think being a brand new facility they would move with the times and have an adults wellness space with steam & sauna. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: So wonderful that this stunning new pool is in our neighborhood, we are very lucky especially when we have health issues. I visit twice a week for exercise and relaxation with my family.

Negative experience: Closed to public because not enough staff. Useless.

Fantastic experience: Love going here! The staff are friendly, there are plenty of changing rooms for families and the warm pool is so good for exercises. The spa is nice too

Positive experience: Nice pools but why are there no urinals in the male changing room? Urinals make peeing more hygienic because there's no contact with toilet seats, flushes etc.

Positive experience: Lovely big spa pool for the adults to enjoy it does however lack bubbles/jets? So can feel like a big bath with strangers also the therapy pool seemed a bit crowded which looked frustrating for the oldies trying to aqua jog but we didn't need it so wasn't bothered about that. However children seem to enjoy the main swimming pool and all the inflatables the are available, my 5 year old son had a blast! Definitely somewhere we will visit when we are feeling like a swim!

Positive experience: I took my 6 grandkids there. They love it but one of them got a bleeding nose. Tissues other side of pool not outside office. Someone had to clean up blood. All this stuff should be outside office cos that's where we go. Love the facilities but emergency plans need to be clear

Fantastic experience: A good alternative to the Moana pool. Recently opened - and it shows. Almost outside of Mosgiel, it has a decent parking lot. A single 8x25m lap pool. But due to not many schools using it, you can easily get a feee spot. Changing room and showers are well made. The spa is pretty nice. The place is not as big as Moana, but good for serious swimmers.

Positive experience: Love the new facilities and the Hydrotherapy pool js Luke getting the Physio pool back. Warmed to a lovely 38degrees. Also no kids under 14 allowed. They were not that great at enfitcing that so a lot of parents were bringing kids in that pool. They need a sign rather than telling you. And the changing rooms are awesome with tog dryers!! Like the ones at Hanmer Springs. I love that. Will definately be going regularly. Especially as my Moana pool consession card works at both

Positive experience: Lately the Aqua Jogging Pool & Thermal Pool had been Exstremely Cold. It will be interesting to see this week what the water is like. On the whole the Pool Facility's are Great

Fantastic experience: What a lovely pool. User friendly with private change rooms if you choose. Warm showers. Lane swimming pool 25m. Aqua jogging pool. Spa pool, recreation pool and learners pool. I will definitely be back.

Positive experience: Overall the new Mosgiel Pool is very good. Just unfortunate that the jets in the spa pool are all at the same height and not as practical as Moana. Car parking is great.

Fantastic experience: Great place for a mid week swim and really well set up for children. Staff all seem to be very observant and the facilities are clean and modern.

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic pool, you can snag a park right out front, so quick and easy to get into, super friendly staff. Fantastic facilities such as tog dryers and poolside showers. The spa pool is amazing and as far away as you can get from the kids pool - clever! The three kids pools are lovely and a great depth, the pool water is flush with the floor so you can glance across all kids pools to keep an eye on everyone. You can let your little ones safely wonder a little further and give them some more independence with the shallow depth which gets deeper very gradually. Beautifully accessible to the elderly, disabled, young whānaus & highly anxious like myself. Such a huge asset to the city and the wider Mosgiel community.

Positive experience: Really nice pools, layout is great. However I wish there was more on offer here for kids. At the Oamaru pool they have a rope swing, diving boards, bombing platform and slides. Not even a lazy river here.

Negative experience: Friendly, helpful staff. Everyone is looking forward to the new pool while in the meantime trying to keep fit & make do with our very tired facility. Hopefully our generous donors will soon get updated reports on what they are going to get for their money and when !!??

Positive experience: Great cheap.place to have a kids birthday party, even though the place is in desperate need for an upgrade (small pool, not cool). The kids still had a great time. The addition of the inflatables ensures the kids have heaps to do and come home tired and happy! Your allowed to bring your own food ect too and they provide tables aswell.
