Fantastic experience: Instructor's patient. Pool ok.

Fantastic experience: Great heated indoor pool complex. 50 metre pool, roped swim lanes, Perfect for laps Incredibly clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Caters for all learners to champions.

Fantastic experience: I take my almost 3 year old toddler and it is 4$ for the whole day, a very cheap activity for an afternoon.

Fantastic experience: I go to their aqua fit classes, so we'll organised and fantastic teachers with music

Positive experience: The carpark is well sized, there's only ever a struggle to park when there is a big meet on. The staff are great patient and understanding. The only real downside is the temp of the spa pool and hydrotherapy pools. The lack of a sauna isn't great either. But it Isa public pool not a spa retreat so such things can be excused. As a place to swim it is really nice. Especially when they ha e the in-pool stereo going that is there for the synchronized swimming school.

Positive experience: Nice pool. Has alot of things on in there. Lots of events happen there quite often and always have something to do while your there. Alot of space to park and lots of space to do swimming. Most of the times the changing rooms are dirty as and one time I saw a moldy bit of food layin on the ground in the toilet area.

Negative experience: For my shoulder rehab, I visited the spa to loosen up the stiffness in my shoulder and arm joints before entering the hydrotherapy pool. Unfortunately, the spa temperature was too low to have any effect, making it impossible to do the therapy. The hydrotherapy pool itself is nice, but the spa needs to be 3-4°C warmer to be effective. Additionally, the staff I spoke to were neither approachable nor helpful. Nice facility for kids by the look.

Fantastic experience: The Aquatic Center offers a calm and welcoming respite during evening times, which is when I show up. And the team here are all wonderful.

Positive experience: Wonderful facilities and very warm pools. Unfortunately, I could not swim lengths as the lane pool was closed.and what they did offer was both too warm and shallow.

Negative experience: full price just for a shower, and if wasn't for pictures I wouldn't know what bathroom to use.

Positive experience: Have been coming to hydro pool classes for many years now but lately have noticed pool temperature is colder as are the showers and no heating on in changing rooms.. Not good if you are there for the specific benefits of hydro pool. Please could we have some warmth back in this early winter.

Fantastic experience: Really nice swimming pools! With both 25m, 20m, hot pools and children’s pools. I’ve been there 3 times on weekends so far, every time I went, you could get a whole lane just for yourself. Great experience of swimming! And also, the receptionists are quite friendly!

Positive experience: This is a great facility, but the leisure pool is way too undersized for the popularity of the place. It's always crowed. The extended the pool with competitive swimming lanes, but not the family area. Some hydroslides would be a hit, and a cafe would earn some extra cash for all the bored looking parents waiting for their kids lessons to finish.

Positive experience: Love coming to aqua classes here. A must here is to book first as very limited spaces each day, this can be at times quite fustrating as they prefer you to book online? However once in, commendable pools especially the hydro is a favourite. Staff good.

Fantastic experience: Great place to swim, Not busy today after 4pm. Also of note. Adult exercise pool had no children allowed between 4 & 8pm.. I was thrilled about that small fact. Had the pool to myself. Also pensioners have to produce gold card for discount.. looking 110 and asking for pensioners swim doesn't cut the mustard. All other facilities excellent. Love that aquasize pool does not have children jumping in all the time like EA pool in ashburton.

Fantastic experience: Nettes Bad mit verschiedenen Pools und warmer Wassertemperatur. Angenehme Dusche, aber leider kein Fön. Bei uns war das Schwimmerbecken aufgrund von Schulunterricht geschlossen, aber das war in Ordnung. Nettes Personal, angemessene Eintrittspreise.

Fantastic experience: Hermoso complejo. Tienen muchas piscinas de diferentes tamaños y profundidades. Se puede ir por el día, por un rato a disfrutar jugar en el agua, todas las edades. Los menores de 8 deben estar vigilados por un adulto. Dan clases de natación y hay clases de hidrogimnasia con distintas intensidades. Las piscinas tienen rampas todas y hay piscina de hidroterapia. También tienen una de 25 metros donde entrenan o se puede ir a nadar. Lugar muy recomendado para visitar. El personal que atiende siempre es muy amable.

Negative experience: Took my kids at 8am for morning swim, kids side of pool being cleaned apart from faringdon pool the rest was for adults. 7/8 of the pools are for adults but kids only 1/8, normal fee for kids applies of course without normal access , don’t think it’s fair

Negative experience: Staff rude, unpleasant. I wish I could record this instantly during conversation....Look at other people's comments!!! They are mostly unhappy due to staff. Environment is not suitable for swim lesson and to play, not sure if the pool is clean either, so many children and adults in swimming pools.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great kids lessons. The pools were recently upgraded and now have one more pool, and more family rooms. Still a bit of waiting during rush hours

Positive experience: really great hydro therapy pool and complex. just one thing I'd like to say is , that for the elderly, or disabled, it would be good to have the odd wheelchair around. My wife and i attended recently and having broken her ankle 6 months ago, and finding the concrete hard to walk on, had no way to lessen the pressure on her affected foot. Otherwise great!

Positive experience: Good little pool if your child is any older than 7 years old they would be board within a hour, no slides or diving boards only a small play area for young children. No cafe or hot drinks or food available. Just had a new 25 meter pool fitted last year but they always seem to be booked and busy in the afternoons.

Fantastic experience: Massive indoor swimming centre. Two separate lane swimming pools, hot spa to relax on a Saturday evening, large hot pool for rehabilitation and two large pools for the young ones. Not to mention the baby splash pool. There’s ample seating and many clean changing rooms. We’ve been going for years and both our kids get swim training by friendly instructors.

Positive experience: Great swimming pool with plenty of car parks. They offer swimming lessons for kids and adults. Only one spa pool available and it's not hot as Jelly Park in Christchurch city. Does not have sauna facilities.

Negative experience: Too often under construction. Beside that, I dont think its a great place for swimming. If you are used to aquatic centres in Europe, you will be very disappointed.

Positive experience: Nice pool well set out .just an indoors center with a few different pool sizes .price was $15 for us 2 adults 2 kids 5 and 8

Positive experience: This place is a great place for younger people to learn the ropes of how to swim and the conditions are quite good. They also recently expanded their building and made it even better.

Fantastic experience: It's not like a massive water park (eg jelly park or hamner springs)but if you want to just relax or take your kids there it's great.

Positive experience: So nice and the light comes from everywhere, love that there are separate pools so it is more relaxed if you decide you want to watch the kids play.

Fantastic experience: Great pools here, something for everyone. Suitable for all ages and needs. I have used the pools with my children, also used the hydrotherapy pool with clients for exercise and relaxation, my children have swimming lessons here and I use the "cold pool" for exercise.

Negative experience: Very poor . 1st visit in 3 yrs, spa was Luke warm, jet pressure almost nil, showers cool, jets in spa too low as well will not blow onto spines. Jellypark is the place to be and it has sauna and steam room . Same price.

Positive experience: First time to this pool in 7 years. Facilities were clean and a new pool added.I found the spa pool water quite cool today. Some areas were condoned off that allowed access to the lane pool but people were swimming in it. The walk in entrance to this pool was closed off so the only access was by the ladder which I found difficult. Mostly senior people in pool, a few mums n toddlers and the rest school groups.

Positive experience: Good but just not big enough for adult lane swimmers, clubs and kids. When you see QEII or jelly park you realise how pokey this place is. Realistically it could do with a massive overhaul in the kids pool, a heap more changing facilities and more parking.

Positive experience: The professionalism of the facility is let done by the over abundance of laminated signs. Facilities are always clean. The focus seems to be on learn to swim. New pool should have been a 50m and larger seating area., or at least flat space for temp seating

Fantastic experience: Went during level 2. Booked a lane for 1 hour. Make sure to keep to your timings as other people are waiting pretty much on time (to go next) (Update) Renovations are all done and the bathrooms/changing rooms are massive. As well as providing decent privacy.

Fantastic experience: Oue little family Absolutely loved it. Other aquatic centre's I've visited in the past was so humid and at times hard to breathe. I could breathe here. Personel are all very friendly and attentive. The pools are so clear and clean. It was quiet and not overcrowded. Witnessed how changing rooms are cleaned, etc, very impressed. Very affordable.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there, I went to watch our grandchildren's swimming lesson. I was very impressed with their coaches and amazed how much better the children had improved. And they loved it too. Great facility

Positive experience: With the renovations going on it's a bit of an issue getting changed/shower etc as the temporary change area is very small . The pool is still ok.
