Positive experience: Good swimming pool, cheap, I rented a swimming costume and towel &paid for 2 of us to swim And I was quite happy with the price. I think it was only $7 to rent the costume and towel.

Fantastic experience: Awesome local resource! It's not very big but it's laid out well. The main pool is set up for lanes with a couple for aqua jogging. Very accessible too - it has ladders, steps and a ramp. There are sometimes inflatables for kids. There's also a spa, a smaller kids pool, a wet area for bubbas, and a manu pool. Great facilities too, showers, spacious changing rooms and separate family rooms. Good parking and accessible entry too. The Weka room is able to be hired and opens up to the park, great for events and can add on hiring the kitchen too. It's a great space but isn't very well equipped (only has basic plates, cutlery and cups).

Fantastic experience: Visited this place for tumbletimes, today they had a sensory session and it was amazing. Nice atmosphere, plenty for very young ones to explore. Reception staff were also very friendly!!

Fantastic experience: Nice pool good for lane swimming. Avoid times when the aqua aerobics are on as they take up 2 lanes and make for turbulent conditions. Sat after 1800 great for lane swims

Fantastic experience: Just visited for the first time with my 12 year old girls and we loved it. The water is well maintained and the spa was the cleanest, clearest spa I have ever been in.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful modern pool in the heart of Linwood! It is certainly a great wee secret spot that hasn't been around long enough to attract the attention it deserves. Modern, purpose built and very clean pool facility. The changing rooms are always tidy, as well as the pool and spa. During the days, there are few attendees and so lots of space to swim and enjoy . The regular weekly swimmers there are all lovely and very down to earth, as well as the staff. It is quiet and somewhere you can relax, or have a nice chat whilst enjoying a spa. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This is my local pool and I have a membership here. The staff are awesome and the changing rooms are always very clean and tidy. The pool is perfect for my aqua jogging and the spa is there to relax in after I have had a workout and it is very warm and relaxing. The underfloor heating in the changing rooms is a very welcome feature in the winter months!

Positive experience: A great addition to this side of town. I do wish they had made it a big bigger. Last time i went there was 5 of us swimming in one lane as the other lanes were closed for private lessons. Love the big spa right next to the pool. There is no sauna or steam room here.

Negative experience: I went to this pool to destress in the spa and also to aqua jog. The bomb pool is such a nuisance located too close to the spa! Also no age limit for the spa so children are there with or without their parents. When the lifeguards closed the bomb pool the kids started bombing into the aqua jogging lane while people were aqua jogging. The lifeguards ignored what was happening. This complex is not designed for adults at all so we have to drive to QE2. Front reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are so clean and spacious and I LOVE the aqua jogging pool. The spa is so superior to any others I've visited too, you don't feel crammed in amongst strangers. Fast making this a weekly visit!

Fantastic experience: Nice modern and clean facilities. A couple of lanes available for lap swimming which I shared with a couple of others. Spa is a good size and shape. Even turned back the clock to the old Qe2v1 days and had the many bomb pool to myself for a few Manus. Good atmosphere with an AquaFit class going on. I think I’ll be back

Negative experience: This place is wonderful so many play area especially the fountains pool for the kids. It was a pleasure as well with the staff here treated the visitor until this happened. Today I was waiting for my son for the swimming class with my baby. I was recorded my son with my baby next to me sleeping and was zoom in just him on the camera not other kids. But One of the staff came to me and said I looks like hiding to record it but actually not. I also know the rules about recording in public but please say it nicely and ask the reason. Earlier it was not very nice :) Thank's

Fantastic experience: I just can't understand why there were boys in women's changing space during the Womon-only time. There were pupil age, not toddlers at all. I felt embarrassed when they not only stood naked on the bench, but also ate snacks there.

Negative experience: 26 April 2023 - 1 star only because I can't give a zero. I cannot in all conscience or honesty leave my positive review under my name unedited. This pool centre is only fit for exercise in summer. For weeks we have complained about the cold pool temperature and apart from the standard customer service "we've received your feedback and passed it on" BS - nothing has changed. Forced out of the class tonight with an aching chest (still aching after a hot shower and change of clothes) I do not consider this to be a safe or healthy environment for exercise or rehabilitation over the colder months. This is the centre of excellence for rehabilitation and fitness. Working through a raft of injuries and subsequent lack of movement I have noticed an improvement in mobility with every visit. Michelle rocks my world with her awesome Aquafit classes and AJ always brings joy to the poolside. The front desk ladies are just fabulous and I love Women's Only Wednesday. Four weeks in and I have found the pool and gym membership worth every cent.

Positive experience: I go quite often to swim ..it caters for a large range of people but unfortunately it is too small..kids side ok but lap pool needs a couple more lanes especially when classes are on. Also to shallow for Aquafit.. when I want serious workout qe2 is the better pool

Positive experience: Seems to be busy a lot. When I visit, I try to swim 20 laps, but other activities means sometimes only 1 swimming lane. (Sometimes 4 people sharing 1 lane). 5pm Sunday, still busy. There is a hotpool, and a MANU Pool. But no hydroslide, or sauna, or Gym. It's close to my house. Don't want to drive to QE II. Or Jellie Park. Or Pioneer Stadium.

Positive experience: We were there 9.00 am and it was very crowded. There were people in the medium lane floating very slowly up and down and holding up people who wanted to swim laps while the left lane which is for non or very slow swimmers only had two people in it. It would help if pool staff would keep an eye on this and direct people into the appropriate lanes

Positive experience: I like this pool, water temp is good on main pool and love the hot pool but it seems to always be quite busy which puts me off. Could you please put one of those google things gyms often have to show busiest days of the week and how busy it is currently??

Fantastic experience: Really awesome reception and pool staff, excellent aquafit instructor. Surprised to see the pool area was quite small and confined and was a little hard to hear the instructor when the other pool areas is full. Apart from that first time visit was good.

Positive experience: The pools complex was opened in 2021 and aims to cater for all people.There is a "manu" and bombing pool for the kids, a standard lap pool for lengths, an hydrotherapy pool for aquacise and the water temperature is maintained at 28C all year round. Additional facilities are the freshwater spa pool (38C) and women's Wednesdays. Food is not encouraged

Positive experience: Awsome Manu pool kids loved that cool few things for the toddlers but would be cool if there was a bigger swimming pool for the kids instead of it being halfed for lane swimming cool staff they were very helpful and paiteint with other kids.

Positive experience: Great facilities but 1 lane for swimming is not enough, also if you get cramp when you're swimming, 1.8 meters deep is too deep to sort it out. I swim 50 lengths on the bounce and need to rest afterwards. I have to drag myself along the side of the pool to the steps because of the depth. Facilities on the whole however are very good

Positive experience: Lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of lifeguards, just pity the pool isn't of Olympic length and there's only 2 lanes dedicated to doing laps. They have a small but deep (2.3m) for "Manu's" , named the "Manu Pool". Translation, it's purely for people wanting to do bombs and make a big splash. Personally I used it for diving, but really is no deep enough for any kind of dive other than standard. Kids seem to love it. Only $3.50 to hire togs if you don't have any (or forgot them) and small discount on entry fee for community service card holders. Membership for pool entry available, you need to be going at least 3 times a week for it to be worth it. There is a gym also, of which all I know is that you can get a membership that includes gym & pool.

Fantastic experience: A great family pool. Has a splash pad, learners pool, recreational swimming, lanes, a manu pool, and a spa. The changing facilities are nice too.
