Fantastic experience: At seven dollars a week you couldn’t find a better gym a lot of City Fitness gyms around the country are always full and quite dirty. This is the opposite very clean and only busy at peak times and and then even at peak times it’s not so busy. I love this gym. I’m sad that I cannot go there any longer due to moving away but if you are thinking of signing up to a gym in lower Hutt Tony, this is the gym for you

Negative experience: Leg extension machines are broken frequently Urinal in males toilet doesn’t flush after use. Please get the fixed permanently not temporarily

Fantastic experience: My home gym is Newlands CF but its just got to busy there. Love Petone as its 2mins from work, no fitness classes & very few kids & I rarely have to wait for equipment. Its upstairs & its small compared to Newlands but it has all the gym equipment you need.

Fantastic experience: Not my home gym so the entrance was a little awkward to find, but this gym is so spacious and well equipped! Has equipment I've never seen at the wellly gyms. Super clean, and not too busy either

Fantastic experience: Just moved from Les Mills Taranaki, should have done it years ago. CF Petone really well equiped, nice space, clean and tidy throughout.

Fantastic experience: Usually quieter than other city fitness clubs. I prefer this over the hutt, especially because there are far fewer teenagers making a racquet.

Positive experience: Good clean gym friendly staff. I did find parking a little difficult and was visiting as this is not my home gym. Is a smaller area. But still good. Was some maintenance going on but that's a positive as hear is in working order.

Fantastic experience: Used to be with Les Mills in the city but glad changed to city fitness in Petone. It’s so clean, lots of space and excellent airflow . Find the other gyms in town claustrophobic .

Fantastic experience: I visit city fitness once a week to do a specific workout. The have a good range of equipment and the bathroom facilities are always clean and tidy. Always an enjoyable experience for me.

Fantastic experience: All the equipment you need to have a fulfilling workout however you like to do it. Fees are great for those who don't need much out of a gym and don't want to be paying heaps

Positive experience: Not too large, however, it has what you need. It is conveniently situated right across from PaknSave, perfect for buying snacks or doing groceries before or after hitting the gym. It's also convenient for parking since there are little parking spots at CityFitness. Lastly, the staff are nice and friendly - nicer than the ones at High St.
