Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Envy since it opened. I really enjoy the structured workouts and how the weights are laid out for you at each excercise. It’s fun because you can really push yourself hard or go at your own pace, it’s great that they are kid friendly too, it makes life easier ! The instructors are awesome and friendly. The vibe of the place is welcoming and I love the modern look. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband got me into F45 he goes regularly and i go with him when i can. Its a fun inviting environment and Ginny really is the best. The 45 minutes flies by and before you know it you have done a full workout.

Fantastic experience: Really cool circuit program. Banging music! Lots of classes throughout the day that regularly get changed up. Love the names of the program- Tokyo disco etc! TV screens to help you along if you can't remember what the moves are. Ginny (boss) is very friendly and coaches you along throughout the sessions too!

Fantastic experience: LEGENDARY!!! It isn’t just a gym. It isn’t just a 45 min workout where you: arrive, do the work, and leave. It is a community! It is a team! Life Changing. I travelled to Wellington to support my family and my dad while he went through one of his greatest health challenges. While in Wellington - away from home (Gisborne), my gym (F45 Gisborne), and my life routine, I was welcomed with open arms by the F45 Petone Family. Special acknowledgment to; Ginny, instrumental to the operations of the studio, who is the amazing human behind IG comms, and who has been accommodating throughout my stay; her amazing team of expert coaches (Ryan, Crystal, Amy) who are truly motivational; and the wider team of members that fill the whare with great vibes, I would say it is a community that is well and truly pumping. The Petone studio was easily accessible for me, a place I could go and sweat (die in a great way), stay accountable, but more importantly a community who was there for me through a tough time, a place I could join in, enjoy and be a part of while staying at top of my game - in mind, spirit and body. Winning! It is equipped with all the necessary equipment to a par-excellent functioning F45 studio. Caters all levels of fitness. Very fortunate to be able to utilise the F45 Traveller Pass. Fantastic experience: Great staff and owner, they really make you feel welcome and that you’re part of the team. Have come and gone over the years but I always find my way back to Petone F45 and my body thanks me for it! Being able to show up and be told what to do for 45 minutes then leave takes the stress away from having to worry about what to do on your own at the gym etc. I thrive working out in group classes and recommend for everyone who struggles with the above just like I did! Their class schedule times are also convenient :)
