Positive experience: Jetts petone. Love it nice to gym there. No big egos. Nice and clean. Only issue that dam vending machine.

Fantastic experience: I used to train at Jetts Petone about 3 years ago and really enjoyed it back then. The gym was always clean, the equipment well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It had a great atmosphere - never too busy, and easy to focus on your workout. It’s a bit disappointing to see from recent reviews that the service may have gone downhill. I had a great experience there and hope things improve again for current members.

Positive experience: I attended Petone for the first time being fed up with the lack of parking at Lower Hutt a gym I have attended for many years. I found the gym to be quiet, a good range of equipment in good condition, clean with plenty of wipe stations. The showers were good as well. I will come more often.

Negative experience: Gym is way less friendly with new manager, seems to have a problem with everyone. Wipes are never stocked. And we still don’t have anything to dry our hands with in the bathrooms? Bit pathetic.

Positive experience: Excellent gym - low key friendly atmosphere

Negative experience: Lacks basic cleanliness, machines often broken, little or no customer service and hard to cancel membership. The gym isn’t what it used to be, found myself making the drive to Lower Hutt Jetts as it was marginally better.

Fantastic experience: The personal trainer Rudy at the club is very supportive and has helped me achieve my goals and keeps nice atmosphere going at Jetts

Negative experience: I signed up online and went into the petone Jetts to get a tag their staffed hours showed they were open both days I went in but no one was there and no one was answering the phone

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for the past few months, attending most days. Really friendly staff and other gym members are considerate of space. Feel very welcome and would recommend

Fantastic experience: Lots of problems with Jetts, mostly the main office who are guaranteed not to be any help whatsoever. The staff in the branch are fine but clearly quite disenfranchised and for good reason. Today the one staff member was absent and the main office was aware that the door was not letting members in. No sign on the door and the main office were outraged when I asked what they were doing to fix it!

Negative experience: Staff never on when they should be 3 day's in a row had to see Aroha from upper hutt to get signed up . Absolutely unbelievably bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: Tidy and easy! Being able to go at any time is awesome. It is never busy compared to other gyms and the equipment is well looked after. It is really great in there now they have painted and decorated the inside a bit more too

Positive experience: Jetts is pretty quiet most of the time. That's why I still go there. The current staff are really nice and keep the place in pretty good shape. Ellie the new manager is super friendly and always says hi... by far the best manager they've had in the 3 years ive been there. There are a few dirty f**ks who don't wipe down the gear, but most members are cool. I really out grew Jetts a long time ago.... it's really a beginners gym. There isn't full free weights, probably for Health and Safety reasons. My only suggestions would be a few different machines and increase the dumbbells to 60kg.
