Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Jetts for six years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This gym has everything I need for my strength training, and the atmosphere is just unbeatable. Unlike larger gyms, Jetts feels personal and welcoming—it’s the perfect size to feel comfortable and focused. One of the things I love most is getting to know the regulars. There’s a sense of community here that you just don’t find everywhere else. Whether it’s a quick chat or the simple camaraderie of familiar faces, it makes working out that much more enjoyable. The equipment is always in great condition, and the gym is kept clean and tidy, which I really appreciate. It’s clear the team takes pride in maintaining a high standard. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. If you’re looking for a gym with a positive vibe, all the essential equipment, and a supportive community, Jetts is the place to be. I am subscribed to other gyms, but Jetts has always been my favourite, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Adductor/abductor machines would be a great addition!

Positive experience: Great gym but needs more aircon around the cardio area, especially for summer, gets really stuffy at night.

Negative experience: This place is not 24 hour as advertised. Digital access is not even working and this is the 4th time I have been unable to access this gym. Customer care is no where to be found and they are hard to get a hold of through phone and email. They are often not staffed in their staffed hours either. When you finally do get inside the place smells bad and is unhygenic.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Jetts for 10 years now. Close proximity and ease of access are real pluses. Also the equipment is great and I never have to wait.

Positive experience: Sometimes, there are no wipes, and sometimes found the dirty bathrooms, they should also require each person to disinfect the machine they use.

Positive experience: The photos from a year ago that are up on Google are very representative. The space is cosy (aka small) and very clean. Equipment is reasonably new. Cubby holes instead of lockers and they don't have changing rooms but they have a couple of large unisex toilet/shower areas that would fit wheelchairs. The free weights area and cardio area can get busy during popular times. There is one of each type of weights machine. Enjoyed the leg machines, the chest press didn't seem to be able to be adjusted so the arms finish futher back. Treadmill was nice and new. Plenty of tvs. Friendly staff. Overall a great gym if you want something simple and if you're not free weights training at busy times.

Negative experience: Jetts Miramar is a great branch but not a fan of the company as a whole. The Miramar branch is clean and tidy, has all the basics and is generally pretty quiet which I like. 24h access also a bonus. It is a bit small but easy enough to go when it’s not busy. The treadmills turn off if you stand on the sides/get off which is annoying for trying to do sprints or tie your shoes. There are no group fitness classes. The staffed hours are pretty short and inconvenient if you need to talk to someone. The company and especially the payment system is incredibly frustrating. Cancellation can only be done by email and they can take a while to respond. I pay by weekly direct debit, but there’s no consistency to when payment comes out (could be a tuesday, wednesday, thursday or friday). This immediately results in being charged double bc I never know when the payment is so can’t ensure I have money in my account. At this point I’m being charged double almost every week and it’s not worth it

Positive experience: Only visited once because I got too lazy to workout during the week. But it's a cool spot and very clean. It doesn't have punching bags which for me is the only downer. Besides that, I recommend working out here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the young man/staff at the gym... he could see I needed help with the stationary bike, and came straight over to me to offer his help, I'm definitely impressed...he was on the floor about 4pm, chur bro
