Fantastic experience: Fantastic, passionate trainers in a really friendly environment makes elevate plus an awesome place to go for your HIIT workouts. Pat and his team are fantastic at integrating new people. This was certainly the case for me when I first started. I felt comfortable asking questions about particular exercises, and the trainers are more than happy to pass on their advice in an encouraging way. The workouts are varied, enjoyable and put you to the test, and the trainers take into account your level of experience to tailor workouts to the individual. If you are thinking about getting into high intensity training and are a bit nervous about starting somewhere new, I would encourage you to try elevate plus as you will be supported heaps by trainers and fellow classmates. Elevate is also the best value HIIT gym in the Wellington region, I cannot recommend it enough.
