Everything has been top notch from the onboarding and welcoming (much thanks to Katelyn), booking and queries (again thanks to Katelyn) and the physio advice, guidance and heart (Jacqui). Professional and warm, it has been a fantastic experience. Thoroughly recommend Habit to anyone and everyone. Thoroughly satisfied.

Fantastic experience: The Staff are friendly, the manager Sam is incredibly helpful and everyone has a great attitude. It has a very family environment that is welcoming for people at all stages of exercise. The people who use the gym are super friendly and it's a very positive space to work out in. It is a small gym but it has everything you need and it has an awesome view of the ocean.

Negative experience: The equipment layout is poor. They need to rethink it. The weights section can't be more than 20sq meters, yet they try and cram everything into it. When you have more than two people occupying the space, it already feels over populated. If you wanted a spotter for the bench press, you need to move the bench to the middle of the remaining space, invading the space of anyone else trying to use the weights area. Same story if you wanted to use the mirror while using the squat rack to keep an eye on form. The classes room is small, but is made smaller by it's use as an excess exer-cycle storage room. The sauna takes much longer than the advertised 10 minutes to break 50 degrees. On the plus side, the staff are nice, and the view is great.
