Fantastic experience: What an amazing supportive and friendly gym. Joined 3 months ago to build up strength after knee injury having never set foot in a gym since the 90s!. The PTs there are supportive and know their stuff, they tailored a specific programme for me based on the outcomes I needed, had regular check ins to ensure it was fit for purpose (no question was a stupid question !) I cant thank the PTs enough for their support, guidance and always always friendly smiles - Im loving the gym now !

He genuinely cares about his team and members and has so much passion and knowledge about health, wellness and fitness.
