Fantastic experience: Loving Snap Fitness Ashburton, the support, the classes available, the general atmosphere at the gym. Pru does a great job motivating and organising events to keep our little community connected .

Positive experience: Very nice, clean and organised gym. It is small but very well maintained. The bathroom needed a bit attention but only water marks. No dirty or smell. Well done!

Negative experience: This comment is for ashburton public.the manager is very mannerless.. not picking up the phn not even replying the email and blocked me on fb messenger still contine to withdraw money from my account. I’ll take the manager to the court. No worries because I canceled it months ago . And manager said i sent you an email previously and I didn’t get any email. When i told the manager give me the proof that you sent me an email previously then the manager stop replying my email.. I’ll teach her lesson.. now i have enough proofs means she is doing this thing with everyone.ll contact head office as well. You guys are such a fraud. I’ll post all our email chat and facebook messenger chat in all the ashburton groups to aware the people thn they don’t join your gym. Manger is so careless. That’s why city fitness is more busy because they are more reliable. You are still continuing withraw money from my account after I cancelled my membership. This is how you are . That’s why you are not busy gym.

Positive experience: I have been a member of this gym for about 5 months now, nice friendly staff ready to advise on your fitness program also personal trainers available here.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, I've been trying to cancel my membership from last 3 weeks, been told on phone to email them about it, I emailed them twice already but they never replied back and it's way too overpriced!

Negative experience: Having trouble cancelling my membership, spoke to someone yesterday and they said they would email me the form, and what a surprise no email yet. I had exactly the same problem with Invercargill snap they just continue to take your money.
