E3 Training LTD

Fantastic experience: OMG where do I start with E3 Training Ltd, other than it has been my lifeline at times of hardship as well as many friendships made. The comradery is amazing, and I could not ask for anything better than the trainers we have. They have been & still are amazing when there are injuries or aches and pains involved and I personally have gone from strength to strength from a recovering injury/operation a few years back. I am 1 of the OG’s (Old Girls) who has been there from the beginning and have seen the gyms growth and I am proud to say that I belong to E3.????????

All the trainers are fabulous, knowledgeable and skilled to cater for all levels of fitness levels. There are a great range of class times, and class types to cater for those wanting anything from cardio or to relax with some yoga.
