Fantastic experience: So glad I made the change and joined the F45 family. This is a great place to get the blood pumping, and the muscles shaking. Fab trainers will keep you honest and push you to your limits. Equipment and gym is clean, very professional and supportive. They cater to all fitness levels and ages and offer alternative moves to cater to injuries.
