They’ve got a great mix of equipment, from cardio to weights, and the functional area is awesome. I also love the group classes. They're fun, energetic, and a great way to stay motivated. Star is the manager and she is friendly and super supportive, and the whole vibe is really welcoming. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and fresh workout environment!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, very friendly staff and gym goers, with an all round good vibe. The classes are a hit with Mel & Star. The manager Star is bubbly and kind, she makes you feel at ease. The overall gym vibe here is not intimidating at all. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This gym was nice apart from how they share the toilets! Other gyms have separate bathrooms and showers toilet for male and female a very weird set up at snap fitness. Girls love their own space. O/scars for snap all over Auckland

I have made lots of new friends and have been a member for almost 8 years, and in that time, I have made so many positive changes. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a supportive and community based gym. It is even better now for being renovated. It is looking fresh and vibrant. Fantastic experience: As a drop in customer, and only in NZ for a couple of weeks, I was very pleased with the friendly and accomodating service, as they allowed me to train for free. This is the second time ive been here, the last time being 3 1/2 years ago on my previous visit to NZ. They are still awesome, and i will be back.

Negative experience: The girl at reception is so unprofessional with her loud laughs, all she does is sit next to the guy on the counter and keep laughing loudly. She says hi to her favourite members and ignores the rest. Honestly it's these behaviours from staff that makes people seek more professional environment. Otherwise the gym itself is ok.

The new manager, Kyle, is an absolute powerhouse and is sych a great addition to the team. His urgency to improve the gym where he can is so good to see, and I can't wait to see the future improvements.

Negative experience: Like someone else has just said, disgusting unethical service by management, I cancelled my membership in March 2020 but they still take money out of my account each month even though they have promised to cancel it and refund it. It's now August 2020 and they have taken money out of my account again so now I am contacting the bank to cancel it and who knows how I will get on trying to get a refund. Crooks

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THIS GYM!!! They like to take your money even though you've cancelled your membership. Management likes to ignore your emails and dont respond until youve contacted the director

Negative experience: Tried it yesterday, the gym was extremely dirty, all the machines were old and in a very used condition. Bathrooms were soaking wet and I almost fell down... There was not much air conditioning and I just felt like a fish in a tin... Definitely would not suggest coming at peak time... I’d rather drive further to a different snap fitness or choose a different gym if you’re in that area :(

Positive experience: The gym is clean and the weights are new. One boxing bag in a room that is sometimes booked can be a bit annoying, given I like using that for my cardio. The machines are also all new and the treadmills have a TV. Good and friendly staff as well. A little overpriced, though

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms but manukausnap is the best. The upgrade has really worked. You can step away from the weights and try different things in the new functional room. New gym equipment and whole environment is also of high standards. Staff’s great too. Kahu (the muscle man) and (awesome) Amy are really friendly and helpful (always get professional advice from them). Manukausnap has helped me achieve my fitness goals and made my journey really enjoyable as I was ticking my fitness goals. I definitely recommend to give this gym a go It won’t disappoint

Fantastic experience: Bigger than Jetts and Anytime fitness here in the manukau area and it's pretty modern with its equipment too. Like most gyms it's the members that really define the experience and the members I've come across are really friendly and always put their equipment back after they've used it so that's good. Also very clean and spacious.
