Jetts Eden Terrace

Negative experience: Jetts has a deliberately obstructive way of handling their cancellations. if you try and cancel your membership in person you will be told it can only be done via phone, once you call via phone they will tell you it has to be via email. you will get no follow ups or confirmation of areers membership fees it will just snow ball with little to no courtesy if you have previously contacted them and attempted to cancel

Positive experience: Wide range of equipment. We did go early in the morning , it’s not too noisy

Fantastic experience: My first time being at Jetts moving from City Fitness and this was actually a great gym for something pretty small. There's a lot of friendly people, very peaceful, and the place just makes you feel productive! Also shootout to Jesse for being an amazing PT! He's the GOAT! Enjoyed every training session I had with him and was super helpful in making sure you get the right form and the right training!

Negative experience: They have predatory billing practices. My partner had a membership here, she missed one payment because of a lack of funds on her card, after that occurred the next weeks rather than charging her card you just sent the bill straight to the debt collectors including a fee, she rung your support to make sure that you would instead just charge her card that you had on file but you continued to send the weekly payment to the dept collectors instead. She eventually gave up and cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is a great gym. The staff are friendly, the equipment is very good, and the premises are always clean and tidy. The value for money is incredible for what you get. There's a pleasant atmosphere in any of the locations you go to. No other gym comes close to what Jetts offers. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Convenient location for me I catch a 22n bus so it’s only a couple of bus stops away from my work. Nice and tidy it is a lot cleaner than the gym near my house. I usually go before work and it is busy but I can normally find something to work on.

Negative experience: My membership has ended more than a month ago but they are still taking money from my account I don’t know what is the problem!! Can you please check your clients membership status at least!!

Positive experience: My credit card got blocked due to online fraud. So until I could get a new card sorted I couldn't make my jet weekly payments. Even once I got my new card there was no easy way to update my card on the the website. Two weeks later I finally went to the gym and got my details updated but found that in those two weeks they charged me $20 in late fees (my weekly membership is $12.99). Did as the below response advised. Wrote an email to Jetts. All I got was a "we're really really sorry but tough luck we aren't refunding your fine" response. So all this did is waste even more of my time. Would give zero stars if I could After several more back and worth emails, where I finally had to threaten to take them to the small claims court they reimbursed me for the late fee. Glad to finally have this sorted but was much harder then it had to be. I'm changing my review to 4 starts as the gym is actually really good when other issues are not getting in the way

Fantastic experience: A humble, neighbourly gym that I am happy to be a member of. Not alot of equipment however friendly and health committed regulars. Having a manager present is a bonus.

Negative experience: Not a bad gym in general.I appreciate that jetts provides cheaper gym subscriptions compared to some others but it should not affect the cleanliness of the bathrooms.all these showers need a serious makeover.im pretty sure it has been the same interior since i used to visit here 7 years ago! The vinyl is lifting,the showers are either cold or scorching with the slight movement of the mixer.

Negative experience: Bad sign up experience. No staff present during the staffed hours. Called jetts call centre who's actually quite helpful (hence 2 stars), willing to sort through digital access. However, they were not told about the lack of staffing at the club. When my partner signed up as well, same situation. Something jetts should reflect on.

Negative experience: My sign-up experience was terrible and slow. No comms were provided around the change in access to the club and payments as the staff member had to finish. Great help from customer service over the phone to get everything sorted though.

Fantastic experience: Terry the manager is a lovely community minded man he makes eveyone feel like thay are coming home :)

Fantastic experience: The gym Manager was very welcoming, service was great, fantastic new treadmills and very clean amenities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great place, mucho shower, mucho toilet, boxing bag with no curfew, dark carpark so open 3 eyes for enlightenment. Racking is not racking. My favourite like pineapple pizza to the face.

Positive experience: Good gym for starting out, and appreciate the power cages too. Very clean and roomy here. Equipment is in good condition. I've marked this down as I've had comments being called a man by a certain staff member and some other male gym goers. I come here to train like everyone else and don't need unsolicited comments such as this. Very unprofessional coming from the staff member. Not a friendly environment during the day, so I train late at night.

Fantastic experience: Compared to the other Jetts gyms I frequent, Eden Terrace is on a different level with their facilities, workout machines, cleanliness, space and vibe. Second to none tbh! Big ups to the Eden Terrace team!

Negative experience: Gym is fine, Jetts is terrible. Uses the most predatory payment company, charges extra money despite funds being in the account. Charges after cancellation too. Any company that makes cancelling a pain is suspect.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience and great superb customer service from brother Marcus Dietrich, apologies if I misspelled his name. But he thoroughly walked us through our workout sessions. We need more people like Marcus and the venue at Jetts Eden Terrace was quite clean, lots of space and equipment was wonderful. Thank you and I highly recommend for your Jetts company to recognize Mr Marcus. God bless

Fantastic experience: my wife and I have been members here for a few years now we have tryed other gyms but they dont match up to jetts eden terrace. there's enough equipment so your not waiting in line to use and the place is kept very clean. and amazing staff led by Terry .

Negative experience: If you have ever had a Jetts membership, check your bank or card statements, as they apparently continue charging after cancelling your membership. I cancelled my membership and they tried to charge me afterwards. Original review: The bank reissued my credit card and - without telling me there was an issue - Jetts suspended my account and sent me an email telling me they have notified a debt collection agency. Avoid these scum.

Positive experience: Terry at Jetts in eden terrace is an absolute legend. He runs a good gym and it has all I need in a 24/hr gym.

Positive experience: I visit here once a day. Great staff and it's often busy. Has a couple of heavy bags which are a great addition

Fantastic experience: Great location and amount of machines. Terry who runs this franchise here is super nice and always eager to help you out with a bit of advice. It is super busy post work 5pm to about 6pm but after that begins ot drop off rather quickly thursday friday is pretty much empty even after work. There are showers there and a stretching area which is quite good, there are only 6 carparks

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, open 24 hrs, almost everything what one need to exercise are available. About 4-5 parking available at backside. Good security measures. If you dont have the entry swipe tag, don’t tailgate. This is good for safety of gym members. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: This is my regular gym. It’s a compact gym but it has all that you need. Staff are always fun. It’s great if you want to do a quick workout on your own. Can get really busy between 6.30 and 7.30

Positive experience: It's not my favourite Jetts. It is the most crowded of any Jetts I've ever been to, including the one in the CBD. And the crowds stay much later than other clubs. It's always too hot in there, but all Jetts are like that. Other than those, it's fine. The staff are nice.
