Fantastic experience: Great location a few hundred metres from the city centre. Up to date equipment and awesome group fitness classes. Excellent sauna also.

Fantastic experience: I was next door at the old CTV site of big earthquake hit 22 February 2011. It was the 11 year anniversary I was here 3 weeks prior to the earthquake in 2011 at Canterbury television studios with a friend it's amazing just looking around today listening to birds and cars thinking what it would of been like on the day of the earthquake

Fantastic experience: No better gym in ChCh. Amazing classes both instructor led and virtual. Fully equipped changing rooms including sauna. Cafe in-house with lots of yummy options. Staff friendly and helpful. Premium gym, you will find cheaper options but not better.

Fantastic experience: We came to LM CHC on a casual pass as we were passing through CHC. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The gym is a good size with two group fitness rooms. The changing room has a good size sauna and plenty of showers.

Fantastic experience: A well equipped gym with some knowledgeable staff. The classes are excellent and there is usually something to suit all fitness types and schedules. Some popular classes have been replaced which was disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Sure it’s a bit more expensive than other gyms but this place is always clean. Loads of lockers. Equipment is always clean and in top condition. To top it off there are always staff members in the gym ready to help answer questions or give you that needed spot if your on your own. Parking can be a bit of a pain during peak hours, however as of 17/07/18 there is loads of parking available around the gym and around the gym car park which is free before and after normal work hours when the parking officers are knocked off. Fantastic experience: Love this gym, great range of classes and gym equipment, as well as a ladies only gym which is often quieter. Good changing rooms, great showers and a sauna. And the instructors and staff on front desk are always friendly and helpful. Only small downside is parking when it's busy but there is so free street parking nearby or paid parking closer.
