From our top-of-the-line exercise equipment, weights and machines, to our new PRAMA group fitness and affordable health coaching, we have the best of everything. Strength and conditioning, mobility, cardio and stretching, we have all the options you need under the one roof.
Our PRAMA group fitness is a real game changer. It’s a new circuit training program controlled by software that combines music, videos, mood lighting, interactive flooring and HIIT in a highly motivating training environment. Speed, strength, mobility, stamina and cognitive function are all combined into a stimulating session.
We focus on your health and wellbeing as well as your physical fitness. Luxurious and soothing, we’ve created the perfect environment for you to retreat to. We have calming yoga classes, plunge pools and saunas, and even an exclusive members lounge.

Positive experience: Beautiful facility. Really nice fit out and gym equipment. Love the "members lounge" and the food you can purchase. The staff members are friendly. Only problem is the changing rooms are tiny. They often get congested at peak times and there is always a wait for showers and makeup mirrors in the morning.

Fantastic experience: While it is a bit on the expensive side, the facility is certainly worth it. The cardio machines are all top quality, there's sufficent free weights, racks, cable machines etc. The yoga classes are awesome and staff are friendly. Having a cafe on site is super awesome too!

Only $39 to $59/wk subject to the contract flexiblility. 1.7 km from Designer Cottage. Club facilities: - 24/7 access - Complimentary snacks and beverages. Towels and toiletries. - Group fitness classes - 2hrs free parking - Saunas and plunge pools ... and more What are you waiting for!

Fantastic experience: This is my happy place fantastic staff great equipment. The place has a great vibe to it that is hard to find. The personal trainers genuinely want to help you meet your goals and to there absolute utmost to help you make that happen with a wealth of knowledge.
Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities, better than any gym I've been to. Staff are helpful, complimentary towels make life a lot easier especially if I forget mine! Love that you can record workouts using the app on your phone. Cheap as chips and no joining fees.
Fantastic experience: Been a member for few weeks now and highly recommend this gym. Good modern facilities, staff are very helpful, very good personal trainers and equipment is very clean a well maintained. Good choice of equipment also. Parking seems a little limited, but I've had no troubles getting a spot every time. I have not had to wait for equipment to be free once yet. So It's perfect for me and my fiance. Shout out to Margarita for your expertise and help with my fiance - she is very impressed compared to her previous personal trainer at our last gym.
