Negative experience: I have been here as a casual member about six times I don't commit to a membership for various reasons. Today I went in and wanted to have a relaxing experience.Upon finishing a sauna and ice bath I came out and my key card wasn't working and I couldn't access my locker nor did I have my phone.Another girl saw me struggling and went to reception and came back saying the lady on reception was signing someone up and she would come soon. 25 mins later stressed and unhappy I walked out the front wet where the girl who was supposedly told about the situation was folding towels and putting them away. I realize I'm not the only one but when two staff members are on and someone gets locked out I would expect much more urgency then 25 mins later. Left feeling no better and upset.$40 for a casual pass is a high price to pay to feel forgotten about. I won't be returning.Was really disappointing.

Negative experience: Used to be great, pretty strange atmosphere now which is hard to describe in a review. Staff are great however it was my takeaway that they don’t talk to each other at all. Every week there was a new grift for more money but couldn’t describe the services they offered well without a commitment to purchase first. When it first opened it was an incredible gym and extremely clean. Every part of the gym has decreased in quality, if the bathrooms stink of piss and are covered in liquid I hope is water don’t let reception know about it because they will just complain about how many times they have to clean. I quit and paid the cancellation fee which makes sense why it was $400 considering the state of everything. I hope they change back to how it used to be run when it first opened in the city.

Positive experience: I came here over 12 months ago as I was travelling and it was a lovely experience, definitely felt like value for money, and had the luxe experience. I was very much looking forward to coming back. I visited recently and could obviously tell that the standard has fallen. No clean towels near the change rooms, dirty food area with used coffee cups etc and overflowing bins. Didn’t feel like the premium experience I first had despite the price was the same. Notable shift in quality. The gym itself is good and I did enjoy having the sauna after training. It didn’t however justify the price where the service offering was obviously lacking and the overall vibe and experience fell short of the initial experience.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym in all respects, first class facilities and the staff at the club are all wonderful. 2 hours of parking included with membership at the Crossings carpark make it very convenient to get a workout in. The club is a jewel in the CBD!

Fantastic experience: I bought a day pass for $29 and it was well worth it. I had unlimited access to classes, and use of facilities and members area. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available. The Sauna and Plunge Pool were really nice.

Positive experience: Great facilities, awesome showers and changing rooms. However for someone who likes to come after 9pm , the sauna being closed and the drinks being in a locked fridge isn’t great.

Fantastic experience: Probably the most upscale gym I have ever been to. Everything is attention to detail and they even have charging plugs inside the lockers. Amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: This is such a great facility. It is on the expensive side but overall it is great value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym has everything you need and the yoga classes are great. Sauna and plunge pool are phenomenal for recovery and something different to this place. Keep up the great work IHF, huge fan.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh. I am so shocked that I have never done the IHF Ride earlier. I had the best experience with Susan Stone last night. If you want to do a class but you’re not sure where to start. DO THE RIDE! It is manageable for any level and the music is sooo good. I left feeling so satisfied! I don’t usually give reviews but I had to on this one! Definitely coming back!

Positive experience: Beautiful facility. Really nice fit out and gym equipment. Love the "members lounge" and the food you can purchase. The staff members are friendly. Only problem is the changing rooms are tiny. They often get congested at peak times and there is always a wait for showers and makeup mirrors in the morning.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this gym. Great service, great staff and an awesome experience. The friendly community and the expert facilities are my personal favorite characteristics of this gym. -I've brought many of my mates in to check it out.

Fantastic experience: While it is a bit on the expensive side, the facility is certainly worth it. The cardio machines are all top quality, there's sufficent free weights, racks, cable machines etc. The yoga classes are awesome and staff are friendly. Having a cafe on site is super awesome too!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities, better than any gym I've been to. Staff are helpful, complimentary towels make life a lot easier especially if I forget mine! Love that you can record workouts using the app on your phone. Cheap as chips and no joining fees.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for few weeks now and highly recommend this gym. Good modern facilities, staff are very helpful, very good personal trainers and equipment is very clean a well maintained. Good choice of equipment also. Parking seems a little limited, but I've had no troubles getting a spot every time. I have not had to wait for equipment to be free once yet. So It's perfect for me and my fiance. Shout out to Margarita for your expertise and help with my fiance - she is very impressed compared to her previous personal trainer at our last gym.
