Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience. The float is so cool and literally the first time I've actually relaxed and i finally felt free from my fibro pain whilst in the water. Teague was so down to earth, knowledgeable and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: I was gifted a massage and float from my children for my birthday. An excellent choice for someone my age (60). The massage was very relaxing, to the point I nearly fell asleep and the float was superb. I came away very refreshed and feeling way younger. I highly recommend this Studio and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: The most luxurious space in the heart of Christchurch! The staff were very accommodating and kind. The float session was exactly what I needed to disconnect from the hustle of daily life. The space and amenities were clean and tidy. Can't recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: The environment was perfectly created - the water was in a small room with the ceiling high enough that once laying down in the water I did not feel claustrophobic. The music was soothing and set up to give cues at start and then end of the session but the volume was gradual so it did not startle. The lighting was perfect - I opted to keep the stars on the ceiling but it also wasn't so bright it was distracting. Additionally the staff member I interacted with was wonderful - Her body language, communication from words to tone and volume of voice was soothing. She talked me through the experience even though there was instructions on the wall and gave me tips such as using the neck halo and taking the face cloth in with me. There was also a reassurance of no 'perfect' way expected to complete the float but just to lay in the water and offer for herbal tea at the end which was waiting for me in the recovery portion to have.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find a sense of calm I haven't felt for years. Strongly recommend a float session or three to aid in stress relief, relaxation and mental clarity.

Clean, cozy and friendly staff, plus good yoga classes provided by charismatic and experienced teachers, it is a must to visit when in Christchurch. Love the sauna , ice bath and the float. Fantastic experience: Rosa was very helpful both on the phone and in person. The facilities were clean with a really relaxing vibe. The sauna and ice bath, was just what I needed and I loved the recovery room and tea on offer.

Fantastic experience: Mari was great in her delivery and awareness of different levels in the room. I loved the focus on the feet - this is not something I've experienced before. The theme of 'grounding' happened to be exactly what I wanted from the session so I was grateful for that! Nice quiet music meant the instructor was easy to hear and it was great to have mats available. Thanks for this experience.

Negative experience: Posting on my daughters profile as I don't have an active google account linked to my email. Service from the start was excellent, a team member greeted me well and showed me things around the private room. The room was in excellent condition and very tidy. What can make the services better is knowing how long you actually have once you are in the room, i noticed a team of staff started the timer while giving me a brief about the facilities, once i was ready to commence my session the timer had already ticked over by 10minutes. So i lost time due to this reason. As a first-time customer this was a downer because I was not reaping the full benefits of this service. Once my time was up, I was also disappointed when a staff member just said have a great day, rather than interacting. In my opinion this is crucial when it comes to retaining customers. People new to O-Studio May have relevant questions about other services that may be of interest, I was one of these customers and when a staff member gives you the “Have a good day” treatment after a session, does demonstrate unprofessionalism. So being involved in the customers needs or even just the customer in general is where improvements can be made to improve customer service.

The staff are extremely welcoming, very friendly and really helpful with talking you through everything and showing you around. Positive experience: Lovely yin “mellow” class with Lisa! She was great, super engaging and good at explaining the poses! Stunning studio too, beautiful facilities. Only note is I wish I’d been explained a bit more on arrival as a first time goer, no one really told me where to put my stuff or what I needed for the class but I followed everyone else’s lead and was ok just would’ve been nice!

Fantastic experience: Amazing space, beautiful design, friendly and welcoming staff. The yoga and pilates classes were great, teachers are knowledgeable and craft appreciated sequences. Love that the studio offers all props, mats and has great locker rooms/showers. Would highly recommend and hope to come back!

Fantastic experience: O Studio is the ultimate gem for the most wonderful 'me' time. From the moment I walked into the studio a sense of calm, kindness and serenity cam over me. From Align, Mellow, and pilates classes to Float and Sauna/Ice temperature extremes, you can only feel the goodness entering your body and the negativity leave. Highly recommend this experience to everybody. Not to mention the extremely kind, attentive and super helpful staff members, makes O studio a very special place.

The facilities are luxurious and beautiful, and the staff are professional and extremely good at the job they do. You will always walk out of here feeling like you're floating on a cloud. Fantastic experience: O-Studio Christchurch is one of my favourite self-care places. I feel instantly lighter just walking through the door. The team are always so lovely and welcoming. A Mellow class followed by a float is my favourite way to relax and de-stress!

I was nervous to try out floats at first but now a couple of years later I can't go past them for helping soothe a busy mind, and unwind. I also prefer the layout/ size of the float tanks at O-Studio to the Pod style tanks. Of course I'll be back :)

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience for two people. $65 for about 1 hour of Sauna and cold plunge. Sauna heats at 65 to 80 degrees, cold bath is 6 degrees. Came out feeling very relaxed like I wanted an immediate nap.

Fantastic experience: Our weekly visit to OStudio for an ice bath and sauna together is a routine we cannot do without! Not only does it assist in recovery from our training but it’s booked time together that we spend debriefing and planning for the week ahead.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner both love coming to Ostudio - we both are athletic people so get a lot out of the private -hot and cold (sauna / plunge pool ) therapy session. Always clean facilities and never over crowded.

Positive experience: I've only been once so far, but my experience in the sauna and ice bath room was very, very nice. Great staff. Sauna and bath were spotless, I did notice that some of the floor areas were, well, not dirty, just worn and stained from use. Could maybe use a refresh, but the prices are so reasonable that I'm definitely going back for more! (With jandals on...)

It’s halfway between home and work for me, has brilliant facilities for before/after classes, and the range of classes is great. Teachers are friendly and respectful. I started at O with attending the meditation classes with Soph, & quickly began to realise that this was a safe space that I wanted to hang out in as much as was feasible. Then came yoga, & finally a membership! Everyone is so friendly & just wants you to get the very best out of your experience, very generous souls. Lots of love & light here.
